I purchased a 2015 BMW550IGT and the process went extremely smooth. Yama was very easy to work with. I live in Greensboro, Carolina so I was preparing myself for the worst but maintaing hope at the same time lol and everything worked in my favor. I am a direct person and Yama did a damn good job. ?

Went here with my husband to test drive a vehicle and as soon as we got in the vehicle there was a loud noise. My husband said it was the fan from the AC. I told him you still going to test drive this car. Long story short we went less than 2 miles stopped at a WaWa to get a drink and a hazard light comes on and that noise got much worse. The car gave a warning ⚠️ to drive with moderation and check with service provider. The car shut off and we are stranded at Wawa in the heat noone at this place would answer the phone. We finally got a hold of someone and he advised our salesman would be there shortly. The vehicle started for the salesman so he decided to drive that vehicle back to the lot and we drove the car he was driving. Men please listen to your wives. We do know some things

This is my second time dealing with Greenway Auto when having a lift kit installed on my truck (I recently got a new truck). Both experiences were great but this time was exceptional. I met first with Alexz on Monday, came back to finalize what I wanted on Tuesday, and today my truck was completed! Alexz was professional, helpful and just on it! She helped me picked the perfect wheels for my truck and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Greenway Auto every time. Ask for Alexz! Thanks again Greenway Auto.

For the past month or so the hood on my car was stuck and would not open. Had a few people attempt to open it, but it was not moving. I had Greenway put in a new starter a few months back and loved the service, and the staff that assisted me through everything. Loved the service so much I told everyone that mentioned car troubles to try Greenway. So yesterday I made my way to Greenway expecting the same great courteous service. I had called a few days prior and left a message for the service department, never got a call back. So when I arrived and walked in there was no one at the front desk, and NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE ,greeted or acknowledge that I was standing in the lobby. The offices all have glass walls, so I am pretty sure the gentlemen sitting in the office right behind the desk eating saw me standing, waiting. Another walked into the same office and sat down and starting eating. There was a gentle that did walk past me smile, nodded, and kept walking. There was also a gentleman ,and I use that loosely. Sitting in the other corner office , I could see him through the glass walls. I stood there for a few minutes and realized that NO ONE, even took the time to acknowledge me, so I left ! Even if it was to say everyone was at lunch! I would have accepted that but nope I seemed to have been invisible in that moment. Greenway added to the bad day I was already having. Thankfully, a friends dad who has a shop was able to fix the problem free of charge!
