They totally did a great job and got us in fast as possible and back on the road immediately.... we picked up a screw somewhere while driving and they patched and plugged the tire and it's still going well 2k miles later... we even drove home to PA on that same tire.... Thank you guys so much... Jacksonville is lucky to have your company and it's employees...

I brought my car in for a new radiator and coolant flush. I left with a radiator that wasn’t bolted in,fan that wasn’t bolted in,check engine light, squeaky belts, white smoke out of tailpipe, coolant leaks, and heater doesn’t work anymore.Goodyear had my car for four days. I showed Eric and he replied “it wasn’t like that when we had it” I replied “I haven’t left the lot” then he said you started up the car… Update it’s been over a month with no real answers. Good year said they would call in a week haven’t heard from them. Don’t waste your time calling these guy’s. Call an attorney!!

So I just wanted a quote for an oil change. The guy at the front counter showed me "Good, Great" and all the option on the counter. I asked him if that's for 6quarts? He said I would have to pull up your vehicle and see what it takes. (I know what it takes) So I said okay. Then he asked me if I've been there before. I said, no, just need a price. I should have said out the door price. So then after I gave him my phone #, he asked for my name & address. I asked him, you really need all that for just a quote or price? He says yeah we do. I said, guess you don't want my business. He said okay have a good day. My point is that they do all that for marketing. Don't need marketing. Just need a price. Just cause of this guy, I definitely would not go there. The one guy who looked to be a manager (I could be wrong) looked to be a guy that would want more business. A quite doesn't mean I want your business.

I took my car in on a Sunday morning for a battery issue. Jason took care of me and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

OH - WOW!!! On vacay 1200 miles from home and the "oil" light comes ON.....what to do?? ....going HOME -1200 miles and down to 15%...AND it's SUNDAY! ! On the road heading north I / we call GOODYEAR. JASON "THE MAN" answers and we tell him our dilemma. This JASON goes out of his way to "SQUEEZE US IN" early MONDAY A.M. so we can "get 'er done" and be on our way. Greeted Monday by "head honcho" ERIC who respectfully greets us - takes our info / vitals AND right away Service Tech TIMOTHY takes the car and PROMPTLY gets to work. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE?? We AMERICANS sure do love to complain but this GOODYEAR TEAM - JASON - ERIC - AND TIMOTHY sure do deserve more than praise. JASON-ERIC-TIM: professional-honest- went out of their way - took us right in - got the job done in "OUTSTANDING" fashion and need to be recognized and rewarded by GOODYEAR for making the name "GOODYEAR" SHINE. Jason got me in fast and patched me good as new. So much better experience than I had with other tire places such as mavis. Plus there open Sunday so that’s a huge win with my busy schedule. So glad to have found my new one stop shop for my vehicles.
