Probably my favorite goodwill to visit in Jacksonville. Always the most well kept, and a great array of used items, especially clothes.

As of July 19th the AC has been broken for weeks. I've spoken to multiple workers about it and they have no clue when it will improve. It was easily 85 in the store today.

I'm a collector, not a reseller. I notice that there are the same resellers who sit in the back and hog all of the new stuff before it even has a chance to hit the floor. This is not fair to regular customers who would like to see some new stuff once in awhile. Please stop this from happening.

They don't sort by size so you literally have to go through everything. Besides that it's a great goodwill

Clean but the most unorganized goodwill I have ever been in. NO SIZES, anywhere. Everything just out on racks by type. Crazy.
I took pictures of the men’s racks but the women’s were the same. You need hours to go through everything.

If you know what you’re looking for, it’s a pretty quick stop. The biggest challenge is finding the right sizes of clothes quickly.

They always have the best selection of donated finds. I've been coming to this location for years.

Good spot has some cool stuff. Sometimes it's hit or miss but everyone is nice.

This is by far the best Goodwill I’ve ever been to… even though there is a lot in Jacksonville… I love coming to this Goodwill store. It seems the staff in this store have been here forever. It feels like family when I come here. Rebecca the manager is so pleasant it is evident she loves being here! She always welcomes everyone when they walk in the door like it is the first time we’ve ever been here. Even when I don’t need to buy anything I come here just because I know I will have a smile on my face when I leave.

Excellent store. The organization of the shoe department is second to none. Everything is always fully stocked, color coded, clean, and the one and employee is just a delight.

Do I love how goodwill is run?Hell no!But this location has REALLY great employees, a steady stream of new items, and a very accessible book aisle (space for two carts; lots of books on both sides, from floor to around 6 ft; straightforward pricing based on paperback v hardcover, instead of individual pricing like I’ve seen at other goodwills!)Give your employees raises– they deserve it!!

Cashier (supervisor?) was awful. She’s probably the same person who has been mentioned here few times. She berated a younger cashier in front of me. I was polite; but her tone was condescending. I asked her how she was doing, and she spoke to me like I was stupid. Every question I asked, she was like “no”, or simply ignored me.
I could tell she is consistently someone who treats customers with disrespect. I don’t let negative people kill my vibe, cause I think it just sucks to be them and I’m grateful to be a happy, respectful human. You don’t treat others that way, period. I spend a lot here, but no more and I’ll be telling everyone to avoid this place. If y’all see an older lady, in her 50’s who looks rude, tell her you’ll wait for the next cashier. And if you have to deal with her, don’t let her kill your good vibes. ?
