I visit this location maybe three times a week and their staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and I alway find something wonderful to take home.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill. This time I went in and couldn’t find anyone working even though lots of people were inside shopping. I walked around the back near the employee doors/loading area, I even stood around the checkout counter just in case it was being monitored elsewhere. No one ever came so I left not getting anything. Super disappointed today. Everything still looks well kept and as pleasant as a second hand store could be. Just not a worker in sight.

The women's section is more organized than the men's section. They have it color coordinated so that it's difficult to find anything. Even when they have a color tag "sale" the price for clothes is not all that worth it.

Huge selection for women, not much for men. When asked of the only 2 employees for my specific size, the response was " can't help you" I will NEVER go back

Nice sized store, good selection, friendly service. Not a big fan of all the profit they turn from people's donations, but better than people throwing it in the trash.

I asked to check a lamp before purchase. The cashier asked aa person who said she was the manager she spelled her name Anja to me. She herself was making a purchase at the time . Each time I have went to purchase a lamp I was given a bulb to check the lamp so I wouldn't have to unnecessarily travel back with a lamp that is either defective or doesn't give off the light in the way I would need. She mentioned to me I can return it in 24 hrs . That was not possible for. Also as a customer contributing to the neighborhood it was extremely disappointing.As a result I decided not to purchase.I've been shopping at the location since it open and this is the first time this has happened to my displeasure.This location is on Dunn.To spend the gas going and coming to return for something I should have immediately have the ability to check is not reasonable. This location under other management use to keep a bulb behind the counter to check lamp.For a customer to bring in a bulb is also unreasonable. The other workers are always helpful and kind.

About two weeks ago I went to the Goodwill on new Berlin Road at the corner of Alta rd. There was a pastel green comforter in a plastic zipped bag lying on top of a rack. I grabbed it and saw that it was heavily infested with bedbugs, and I took it to the clerk at the front, who then took it to the back, and stated that they discarded it. I told him that one bug was capable of ruining the whole store. Two weeks forward I returned, and today a comforter that looked exactly like the one that was thrown away. Was now hanging up without the plastic. Same color, same pattern. So examine it closely before you purchase it. I reported it again to the Clerk who was new, who said that was nothing she could do about it. See pictures below. New Berlin Road location

When im in a pinch and i need something i come here 1st and can usually find what i need really quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store was clean. Honestly my only complaint is the lack of effort to sort clothing by size instead of color. Being a big man, it would be great if I could go at least to a rack with only big men's clothing instead of having to touch every piece of clothing on a rack to find what I need. I was able to find several items but it was very time consuming. Customer service was ok, it was late in the day so I'll assume they were just tired. I'll be back.?
