Apparently very nice people from start to finish.. gave us an estimate timeline. And met it.. real quick. Was able to help with rental car puck up and drop off.. we just had cosmetic damage nothing serious.. but love the work.. I pray I don't ever have to see them again. But if I do need that service.. they would be the one to go to..

When you get in a wreck it’s one of the most stressful times of your life. When you wreck the day before Thanksgiving it’s even worse. However, Wendy jumped in at Gerber Collision & Glass and went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Her customer service was tremendous and really helped ease our minds during such a scary and stressful time. Wendy called us twice a week and would call back immediately if we called her with questions or concerns. Her empathy and compassion to help us get through this time was remarkable. Thank you Wendy so much from the bottom of our hearts for helping us like you did. I was recently turned away by the two female Gerber employees just inside the front door because I wanted to self-pay for some body work and needed an estimate. If it was an insurance claim, then yes, I could get an estimate immediately; self-pay wait 28 days before a estimate could even be scheduled.I guess when there isn't an insurance company to overbill, this place isn't interested. Too bad: I've been an [insurance claim] customer here for many years but my self-pay dollars aren't good enough. Never again.I suggest you look elsewhere. You'll be treated better than this at most any of this company's competitors.

Absolutely negligent service. Rude and dismissive. Waisted a month of my time waiting on an estimate for them to call me the morning of and say sorry we didn't realize we don't write for your insurance. This situation was not handled professionally at all and I am extremely disappointed.

I called for an appointment and Wendy was booked out for a few weeks but I am willing to wait for this specific location because her customer service is absolutely unheard of in this day and time. The manager there, Curtis is also a very kind and generous person who is always willing to help others and go out of his way. They have always been open and honest about what’s going on with my cars and I never have to worry about “surprise” fees or charges. This is my second time returning to this location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great repair in timely fashion. Curtis and team did a great job, especially considering the labor constraints it would seem they have. Communication was also great, as they keep you updated throughout repair process.

The staff were all incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I called and they ordered my replacement part, got me in the next day and completely fixed my issue (and it was the week after Christmas!) . They have the best prices in town by far and are very fair. They seem to really care and try to help. Would recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed!Services: Body & Trim

Staff gave a better understanding of how insurance and out of pocket works. They are so backed up until next year due to staff shortage. One nice lady came to my car and explained to me the process in repairing my vehicle. She knows what she doing. It is good to talk to a person face to face. This organization has a genuine concern for customers opinions. I chose to change to 4 stars. When they repair my auto let's hope for 5 next time

This Gerber in St Jose Jax Fl. Has Great Work Ethics, Wendy as soon as I got there i told her my situation , mind you she has long hair in a ponytail, got right under my car to check, then straight up ask me can she take it for a test drive to hear the noise I was talking about & concerned, I said of course, she & her staff there was a Good experience.. ?

The process of getting into a accident is never easy. But this part was so easy. My car went in came out faster than expected!!
