Drop and hook for my company. No unnecessary conversations... give them the correct pu# and they give you paperwork and location of the trlr. A real trucker has his own restroom and food set up in his truck.

I was treated pretty badly here. I have blonde hair and blue eyes and that means something to these people. I don't recommend this place unless you're dropping and hooking.

45-55min to change shifts, while you're waiting to do a check in, all they do is walk around taking an eternity doing nothing, Like the drivers waiting at the window are invisible, this is ridiculous, from 5:35am to 6:25am just TO CHANGE SHIFTS? SERIOUSLY!!! ? there's no management here? Supervisor?

There are no set hours. I drove over an hour to pick up my pack after being told someone will be there until 1400. When I arrived at 1145 I was told I just missed them and come back tomorrow. Gas is way to expensive to be driving 2 hours out my way because they failed to do their job. Highly disappointed with this FedEx branch. I stayed home from work waiting on a package I needed to sign for but my doorbell never rang nor did I hear a knock.I will say the facility is very clean and the Security guard was super professional.
