This convenience store is almost always well maintained. The staff are largely very friendly and professional. I've had chronic problems here with frozen beverages and the machines chronically not working. I've tried calling their customer service in their corporate offices, but the people there don't follow through with anything and it's just a total waste of time to reach out to them. So, I think it took them 3 years to get their gas pumps working for tap and pay because their IT department kept claiming that it worked, when I literally visit the location 1-3 times a day and was deliberately trying to use my phone to pay and not carry credit cards. 3 years! the Frozen beverage machine has been the same. in fact, since they remodeled the store they did get a new machine. that machine worked pretty well for a few months, but now has been out of order (at least the Coke) for at least 2 months now. We just go to 7-Eleven for frozen drinks now. I really wish someone at Gate corporate cared, but at least the kind individuals who work at this location make the best out of the limited resources that corporate provides.

Hello to whom it may concern. me and my family was at the gate gas station today, Monday June 10th at location 570 Busch Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218 we were in line paying for some gas and for some drinks and snacks while we waited in a very long line. It was finally our turn to pay for our stuff when we got to the cash register. The gentleman in black was calling other customers behind us and them while we just waited there and waited and waited and he said the other guy in the blue will take you but the other guy in the blue was cleaning the floors or something. He wasn't even listening to us when we told him that guy said that you're gonna take us he said no my husband said we're in Line we're waiting to pay for are stuff after some time passes by the guy in the Blue, finally let us pay for our stuff and they're giving us attitudes and embarrassing us. This was definitely racism unprofessional. I would like to contact the authorities regarding those two gentlemen they need to be fired or adult with the proper this is not how you run a business management Corporate for gates to contact me as soon as possible

Ever since remodel they disable several pumps to keep you on your toes. Sometimes are marked with yellow bags sometimes not. Can be no card reader to just unable to pump see cashier inside is always random so you get new experience each time.

First thing I noticed was the smelt of wet toilets or something and then felt the vibe.. the women behind the counter were the most miserable people. Shouting “next” like where waiting at the DMV. No one said welcome to gate & it was a very awkward vibe in there. I felt super on edge just trying to buy a Red Bull. #thenwomanwithblackhairisademansuckingpplsenergy
