Customer service on multiple occasions has been less than subpar. My most recent encounter was with a very rude woman. Just about every time I come in here the lines are long. And all the team members don't really seem to care that they're wasting everyone's time. I will not be filling up or purchasing any snacks from here. I highly recommend the whole staff going through retraining. These people would have zero chance to work for me.

I would be inclined to leave a better review - but for some reason, not giving a receipt seems to be a policy at this store. I take pictures of all transactions I make and save them to my cloud space. I keep my finances programmed in excel sheets. I'm pretty financially savvy.
I noticed at first I wasn't getting receipts. Which could be simple error, people forget things sometimes - I get it. But same error started happening continuously - and by different cashiers.. which started to lead me to believe this is some sort of policy. Is it taking too much of a ding in the books at the end of the day to provide a receipt? If you need to save money that bad - you need new management period.

I stopped by this Gate station yesterday and filled up my car with gas. Afterwards I went into the store to make a few purchases; first they had signs on the door they were accepting cash only which was ok. The line to the register was long when the cashier working walked away from her register and walked outside. After waiting a few minutes and being confused as others in line I just put down what I was buying and walked out; and went to a store down the road. I'm surprised by this Gate station; it's not as customer focused as others I've been in.

Ernie and I were in a hurry to get my Dad to the Dentist and we left home before eating some breakfast, so we stopped in to Gate to get a little nourishment, because we knew it would be a while before we had time to eat. The store was clean, the personnel were very nice.

If you're a woman paying with a large bill in the a.m. be prepared to be asked if you just earned it by the cashier.

4:30 am: The employee was very rude. I asked for a fresh can of Copenhagen long cut, but the man refused to open a log for me. I have been coming to this gate station for over 15+ years and the employees would always accomodate my request. There was no one in the store at the time, he was not in the middle of stocking or cleaning, just standing there. This was complete laziness in my opinion. I will never go there again.

Great convenient location! Lots of pumps available. Easy access in and out. Inside, always lots of friendly staff - ready to help - keeping lines moving. Ample selection of drinks, snacks, etc.

Very friendly employees. Editha, Adil, and Louis are the ones I've gotten to know by name but they are all amazing. Store is always clean and service is fast!
