I had to use the bathroom while I was vacuuming.
I was told they don't have public bathrooms and I could use the bathroom at the restaurant next door... I'm glad my kids weren't with me!
What kind of PUBLIC facility doesn't have public restrooms?!
Isn't that illegal?
Also, the bird crap on my truck from this morning, the reason I came to the wash, after $33 it is still on my truck.

Paid $33+ and my vehicle wasn't all that clean. Paid extra for the bug blast and still had bugs in my car. Appreciate the effort of the young lady who did it! Its ok for surface dirt... but I'll let it go

Worst car wash ever drove into town last night had some bugs on my car was still dirty after wash so they ran it through again and still dirty so they offered me a rag to get it off myself would not give a refund. Now I have to go to a good car wash and pay again!!!

Although my plans are great, there are times when I don't receive my full wash. I pay $36.99, which should include a tire shine and a full wash. The rear brushes are broken and need to be repaired immediately. I was informed that missing washing does not qualify me for a rewash. Therefore, there needs to be a repair and maintenance system in place so that customers don't have to do reruns or rewashes. I usually never have issues or problems. But, when I do I’ll address it.

Car wash didn't clean car very well. Missed the whole back end of my suv. Vacuum didn't get all of the dirt off my Matt's. NOT happy at all with the whole car wash experience. Will not come back.

Trash. $15 for my car to come out dirtier than what I took it in, the wash Bristols or whatever need to be cleaned because all they did was smear black stuff in my white car????

Free vacuums with your carwash. Cheapest wash is $10. Vacuum spots have shade and more than one vac so you can tag team both sides of the car. Good spot!

Scanner never works to let me in so there’s nothing express about it. Staff doesn’t care at all, I had to honk my horn to get anyone’s attention to use the subscription I already pay for. Wash doesn’t clean my car well and leaves spots, even scratches in the paint. Went to cancel and nothing offered to rectify, not even an apology (Leann). Spend your money somewhere else.

I came today, I paid for a wash and the handle did not go up to let us in line. So, in order to get the employees attention I had to step out the car and wave them down, that was not an issue. The issue came when whatever the Hispanic or foreign lady im guessing she is a manager yells at me and states “ don’t you see im doing something ?! “ and told the other nice dude that helped me that “she didn’t care”.

I really like Gate E Carwash, the only problem with them are that they open too late, and close so early. So I pay for my membership but when I try to go is always close.

Emerson local. Does not do a good job on full size vehicles. Natalie was very rude and exceptionally condescending. Horrible customer service! I cancelled my membership due to how she spoke to me, and I was there from the grand opening. Please send her through customer service training again.
