Have always loved going to gamestop, haven't been in a while. Went to get my granddaughters a couple of old 360 games, guy working was very helpful, store was clean, well stocked, pleasant environment to be in.

I purchased a game for my switch from this store on Black Friday and was really excited to play it, but unfortunately the game had some fatal glitches to it which made the experience unpleasant. I was pretty disappointed and went back to the store and spoke with Steven (the store manager) who helped me with my original purchase. Steven was able to help resolve my issue and helped make a really disappointing experience hopeful again. Steven was very pleasant to deal with and I can tell he wants to help the people in this community have the best gaming experience possible. Highly recommend this store!

Went to trade in some stuff and grab an upgraded Switch OLED, Evan was great and I had a great time just hanging out in the store. I am also loving my new switch! 10/10!

Its annoying to hear that fake buddy buddy sales pitch for the powerup rewards whenever i go, especially when they try to make me feel like I'm the weird one for not buying it.I just want my game man.

Tristen the guy at the register; Great customer service and even better with holding a conversation while I made my first trade in with gamestop I will definitely be coming back to this store for any future gaming products.
