Rude employees no matter what. No matter how many times I go in it’s still bad. Ask a innocent question and get made fun of by the literal employee. This store is one of the reasons that GameStop doesn’t have a good name. Don’t go here. Unless you want to walk out feeling bad. A few days ago I was about to buy a game but the employee made me feel so bad that I walked out without buying anything.

My wife purchased a PlayStation backbone. No where on the outside of the box does it indicate which iPhones are compatible. Once you open the black box, in the top of the lid, there is a short list of iPhones that is compatible with the device. With that being said, we have iPhones 15 with the usb-c. When we went back to Game Stop to return the device, they stated that we could not receive a refund because the product had been opened, although we have the receipt. A refund would not had been necessary if they had the Backbone usb-c. They offered store credit in which we decline because this policy is unacceptable. Target, Bestbuy, and Wal-Mart would have provided a refund if they did not have the product in stock, even if it was open.This is entirely unacceptable, especially with it being the holiday season and we are not the only ones that will have this issue with GameStop. Do yourself a favor, buy the product at any other big box store aside from GameStop.At this point, we will never shop at GameStop again and we will be sure to tell all our family and friends!

This location not friendly for tech resellers. First time going here for phone trade ins, they gave me a hard time didn’t accept my devices. St Aug and Palm Coast locations are ??

Employee needs to learn how to talk to people. I guess this is one of the reasons why gamestop is Going Out of business. Very rude trying to force me to buy there membership.
