The store has a $10 and under bin with different versions of Xbox games (Xbox one and Xbox360 etc.). The sign hanging on the bin said “Buy 2 get 1 free”. My son chose 3 Xbox360 games due to the sale sign. As we were checking out none of the games rang up as free. When I questioned the sales person he stated that the xbox360 games were not part of the sale even though ALL of the Xbox games were in the bin with the same sign. Most retailers offer the price based on misleading signage, but not this location.

Me and my daughter went into the store February 24th maybe around 7 PM she wanted a Roblox card so I told her we will goto GameStop we walked in there was two people in the I assumed they both worked there as we walked in no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help there was a white lady behind the counter and she was talking to a guy so we walked around browsing looking for the Roblox cards maybe 5 minutes later a white family walks in and the lady that works there greeted them and asked if they needed any help I got offended because we are a black family don’t wanna say the lady was racist but that’s how I took it at that point so after me and my daughter was just walking around I asked the gentleman I said excuse me do you know where the Roblox cards are at the. The lady behind the counter says something to me she says oh he doesn’t work here I said oh I’m sorry and they guy gave me such a dirty look and I think it’s very unfair to customers when employees have friends at there job just talking with them and not asking customers if they need any help I thought the lady was rude for not greeting us or asking if we needed any help I will not be going back in that’s store at all.

This business chooses not to answer phone calls and does not accept trades. I went in yesterday trying to ask questions about a consol no answer. Then when i walk in with my consol to trade in a woman tells me she’s not accepting trades today. i’m confused is this not gamestop?

My daughter bought two new items that she used her birthday money on. She didn’t end up needing them and went to return to only be told because they were new and had been open they could not do a return or store credit. My daughter is 15 and they never told her the guide lines before she made the purchase and now she’s out $75. They took advantage of her and now she lost her birthday money. We will never do business with them again.

Rylee is by far the best. I've had many issues with the online ordering system and Rylee helped me purchase and or a number of funko pops I've been trying to track down.
