I went in for a simple warranty exchange. I was greeted by Shane and quickly assisted. Shane helped me with all my questions and needs. Not only that, Shane also discussed upcoming games and PC gaming with me. It was a genuine conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. I didn't feel like just another transaction in Shane's day. Employees like Shane are the reason I continue to take my business to Gamestop and I really hope Shane gets recognition. I highly recommend Gamestop and this location specifically due to Shane's expert customer service.

So pleased with the service received at this store. The manager (Shane), as per the badge went out of her way to source the Logitech G923. Her store was sold out but she made the extra effort to check which store had it, found the last one in Jacksonville. So pleased to have got the last one thanks to Shane, she is a star. Thanks for being so helpful and offering friendly service. Appreciate the effort

Sold me a full price console without any cords, just console and one controller.Inquired about it, I was told they don't have the cords and was told it was marked as defective after buying it and calling the store back, the console works, but they did not inform me of missing cords when purchasing and charged me the full price of the console. I was also told just to bring it back for a refund, but that's not the point. Why sell something as full price when it doesn't have all the required material and then not disclose this to the customer. Unprofessional.

If you’re going to pick any GameStop; pick this location. They actually care and are so helpful. My headphones were malfunctioned and a previous location (southside, you suck) refused to do anything. Thank you for exchanging broken headphones. You guys are awesome

I generally try and limit my reviews, and if I do take the time out to write a review I try to make it a positive one -- however in this case I need to share our very poor experience with this store. My 10 year old son went in to purchase a game card. The store did not have any hard cards in stock, so they sold him a virtual card. The associate asked him which system, he confirmed, the associate said press the green button, and BAM he has his points. Come to find out the wrong system code was issued and now the store nor customer service will reimburse him or issue a new card so he is apparently out $20 of his birthday money. I am still fighting the battle because I do not think it is appropriate he lose out in this case. If it was his error, I would say it was a good lesson for him to learn. Fair warning regarding customer service with this company.

I was looking for a Nintendo game charge which I did not find. I walked in and out of there so I only spent about five minutes inside the shop. Service was pretty quick. I soon as I step in there someone was already helping me with what I needed.

Had an interaction with the old balding guy; he was the only one working at the store. Tried calling the store but no one ever answersWhen we got to the store it was just him and there was only one other person in the store, who was basically done checking out. Seemed like his friend.Didn't bother to help us or ask if we needed anything, and once we finally got assistance, he was completely rude and basically felt inconvenienced because he just wanted to talk to his friend.I'm sure their stock in games is fine, but this guy was terrible so that's the reason for the 1 star

This review and others … you can clearly see there customer services is wack.the whole staff did not have a welcome spirit and Shane did not make it any better !!! I felt very uncomfortableI felt he didn’t want to help because the color of my skin …. This is not a place you would want to support … look for another game stop to spend your money in . I will be contacting corporate.
