This is going to be long but I’m hoping someone will see this and take heed about leaving valuables in their car thinking that it’ll be safe just because the dealership has your car.
Took my car to get an oil change at this dealership about two months ago. Grabbed my wallet and my phone out of the car and handed them my keys. I had my headphones on me, threw them in the back because I wouldn’t need them and besides, I had my AirPods in my pocket if I needed to listen to something privately. Fast forward to about an hour and half later, got a notification that my car was ready. Got in the car, adjusted the seat, looked in my back seat just to make sure nothing was left in and drove home. I noticed that my sweater that was tied in the back of my seat was untied and placed on the back seat and I wondered why it was moved at all. Anyway, I chalked it to maybe whoever was in the car didn’t want their head making contact with my sweater. It was a fair assessment and I didn’t give it much thought. Got home moved my sweater back and headphones are missing. At this point I’m in full denial because the idea that my headphones would come up missing as my car is getting serviced at dealership just did not cross my mind. After a full search of my back seat, I had to accept the fact that my headphones were indeed missing. Drove back to the dealership to ask about my headphones. Gentleman named R said he’d try to find out what happened to them or reimburse me if he could not and he’d reach out let me know, that way I wouldn’t be sitting around waiting. Got a call from him later that day stating he could not find them and he’d reach out to me the next day. Waited about week and heard nothing. Decided to call them back and Lo and behold, still nothing. R said his manager will reach out. Manager did not. I waited another week and I contacted them. This time I spoke with fellow named J. J asked me if I wanted to buy the headphones and they’d reimburse me or if they should buy it and I’d picked it up. Figured with all the hoop they’ve been making me got through, it’s the least they can do to buy them but I told him to please not to order my headphones off of eBay. After I got off the phone with J, it occurred to me that he might very well ordered some cheap version of my headphones who knows where and I changed my mind and called him back to tell him I’ll just order them myself to make sure I got the same ones I had. Mind you, only 1 minutes had elapsed. Within that one minute, J claimed that he had already spoken to his manager, and manager had already placed an order from eBay. I told J that’s a no go because I had already told him I didn’t want eBay headphone. J said since the order has already been placed, he can only reimburse me the price that they just paid for it. $40. My headphones were $160. And then J proceeded to call me a liar by claiming my headphones were in the back and since they can’t verify that I’m telling the truth, this the best I can hope to get from them. I asked to speak to someone higher than J, and J said they would be in touch. Of course that was a month ago. Oh and yeah, no one has reached out. Surprise. Now, I could keep going back and forth with them but at the end of the day, they’re just headphones. Nice headphones, but headphones nonetheless. I wasn’t really mad about the headphones, it was the fact that someone from the dealership, while my car was in their possession, decided to go through my car and stole something that was valuable. That’s not an experience I’m likely to forget considering this was my first interaction with them.

Originally bought a vehicle from this dealership when we first moved to this area 9 years ago, by far the best car buying experience. Over the years, dealing with service department and sales, we have never been disappointed. Purchased another vehicle yesterday for my husband and this company continues to exceed our expectations!! I cannot say enough positive things about all the staff in service department, sales and finance, you are all amazing. Thank you so much!

My partner recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. The salespeople were not only pushy but also outright dishonest. They lied to my partner about how a repossession would be reflected on their credit report, all in an effort to close the sale. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable, especially when it involves something as serious as someone’s financial standing.
We will be reporting this experience to all relevant organizations, including the Better Business Bureau, to ensure others are aware of these deceitful practices. We strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice. Customer trust should be a priority, not something to be exploited for profit.
*The clear lack of response show they have no care about how they treat people. taking advantage of someone who isn't knowledgeable about credit for a sale is so wrong. Car salesman get a bad rep from individuals like those that work here*

Bryant is a wonderful patient sales person. I appreciate how they worked with me and took my old trade in. Recommend this for a place to purchase a car. Very glad I came here! They made me feel good about my purchase and the warranty they offer is fabulous.

Bought a 2022 Nissan rogue sport back in may. I came to look at a different vehicle they had but I didn’t end up liking it, they showed me a few others and I wound up with the vehicle I have. They worked with me on the price and made sure my payment was under what I wanted to pay. I have since gotten service twice and both times were amazing customer service. I had been to about 4 dealerships before this one that were trying to rip me off so it was nice to have a different experience. I am pleased with my decision to do business with this dealership.

We were really impressed during the car buying experience. But customer services falls out afterwards. We were told we had power train warranty. Have us a name but the company has no record of our car through them. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone to give you the correct information for warranty! Our transmission is messing up on a 2022 and now no warranty even though they said it had a lifetime warranty as long as we owned it. I would not buy another car from here!

I'm only giving them one star because I took my car that was under warranty to their service department and they removed my splash gaurd and didn't put it back. My husband changed my oil the month before and put it back on and made sure it was secure. He went back to change my oil afterward and the splash gaurd is gone. They denied not putting it back on, of course, so now I have to pay $60 to $100 for a piece of plastic that I shouldn't have to pay for in the first place. I'm definitely not paying the $180 they want to charge for a new piece. Not happy at all.

when i tell you the General Manager is incompetent, i truly mean it. i purchased a mercedes benz at this dealership, the car was owned by the general manager who used to work at a mercedes dealership. soon as i buy the car, i get the alert that service was past due. i notified my salesman Josue and sales manager Marty and advised them that this car was not serviced prior to me purchasing. they did nothing for me. $480 later (glad i had a $100 off coupon for mercedes) no one at the dealership wanted to help me.
the 12 volt battery went bad on the car and mercedes wouldn’t warranty the battery since the age and low miles of the car (2022 with 4300 miles) mercedes said that since the car was sitting they would not warranty the battery.
this General Manager, i wouldn’t let him manage the reduction of sweat off my balls, working at mercedes, knows the 12v battery should have been on a trickle charger since the car was sitting for a while. that was over $500.
reached out to salesman and general manager again to no offer to help offset these costs. $1000 spent on this car in under a week is ridiculous as they claim all their cars go through “rigorous inspections”
i can say the salesman are not used to selling high end cars at a nissan dealership and i get that, but having a general manager with mercedes experience and it being his car i purchased, all these things could have been remedied prior to purchase if he had an ounce of common sense.
between me and my family, we have purchased close to 10 cars from morgan dealerships (3rd at this specific location) i will not be back.

Kyle from finance is a complete tool. After giving this place over 5k, i got a bill from Nissan for my old lease for $1000 dollars. I was upset and Kyle told me "Why dont you just bring the truck back?" "No one told me when my motorcycle got stolen that the insurance wouldn't pay for it" " You are just looking for someone to blame"
After complaining, Nissan paid the $1000 bill, and Jay from financing was very accommodating; only took 5 weeks to get them to pay the bill(:
I wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place simply due to their lack in communication, and their disrespectful finance guy, Kyle. He truly was the worst customer facing employee I have ever experience. If you want to feel like you are valued, and cared for, don't go to Nissan of orange park, simply due to KYLE FROM FINANCE. He sucks.

Many times we hear negative comments or read reviews when it comes to car dealerships. I am here to challenge that theory when it comes to my positive experience at Nissan of Orange Park, Florida.
I literally walked out of four dealerships within Duval and St. Johns County over the last few months. I was totally discouraged when I pulled into the Orange Park dealership, saying to myself, this would be the last one I would visit. I was met by Mario. He was incredibly professional, courteous and patient! As I looked at vehicles and felt I may move forward in my leasing a new vehicle, I met the sales manager Frank, who assisted Mario in sealing the deal, I felt all the anxiety I had been feeling in the pursuit of a new vehicle, melt away. I made the best choice in choosing Nissan of Orange Park. I could not be happier with my decision and will be referring friends and family to this extremely professional car dealership that has changed my mind for the better when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you to this outstanding Dealership & most importantly, Thank You, Mario & Frank!

I've edited this review to reflect what happened after I posted the review. Ultimately, the Dealership made things right and I will use them again.
To summarize the original review: I've had good experiences with Nissan of Orange Park for years. It was only recently that I had a negative experience. This experience started with my oil pan plug falling out shortly after an oil change. I paid another dealership (because I was out of town) to replace the plug and change the oil.
I wanted Nissan of Orange Park to reimburse me for these costs. However, I could not get a hold of anyone even after leaving messages. I then posted this Google review and got a response immediately.
New information: After posting the Google review I had continuous and responsive contact from the Dealership. They offered to reimburse me not only for the subsequent oil change but the previous one as well. The representatives from the dealership were professional, polite, and very apologetic. They explained that the dealership had switched to a new customer care system which was why there was such a miscommunication.
Current review: I will continue to use this Dealership. They've given me good service in the past. This incident was not indicative of my past experiences. I will chalk it up to a one-off. They also made the situation right once I spoke to a live person.

Typically I'm very wary of car dealerships, but when I have a good experience, that should be acknowledged as well. I had a good experience buying from Nissan of OP. No surprises and they held up their end of the deal as they said they would. Based on previous experiences at other dealerships I was expecting some sort 'gotcha!' somewhere, but it didn't happen. Having said that, to be a good customer and equal partner you should still do your homework, educate yourself, and ask questions throughout the process to make sure they're saying matches up with what you're hearing.
