I can't say enough good things about Jose! After sending about 5 offers in this crazy seller's market - all above asking price with another realtor and all of them being rejected, as a buyer I felt so frustrated! That's when I called Jose, first house we sent an offer to, he was so diligent and on-top with the listing realtor that he literally got me the house even with a credit from the seller! When I met the listing agent during the inspection period she told me "you have a great agent, it was a breeze of fresh air to work with him". Either if you are buying or purchasing, he will represent you as if it was his own property. Thanks Jose!

Jose was amazing. He helped us sell our home and got it under contract in just days! Thanks to him, Closing took 10mins (literally). Cant thank him enought for the smooth process from giving a free home valuation to closing.Now we're using him again to find a new home !

I felt Jose was extremely difficult to work with. He was the property manager for a house we were renting. Responses were not in an appropriate time frame for urgent issues, and he made it very difficult coming to the end of our lease as he tried to cancel our lease termination agreement since he was not happy with us. Jose had entered the home twice without knocking with no mask and no proper notification . Glad to be done with the lease; I felt bad for the owner who had to deal with all the headaches caused.

Jose came highly recommended by our mortgage officer, and I am very glad we decided to use him as our realtor. We were first time home buyers, and he was friendly and patient with us. Jose knew many areas well around the greater Jacksonville area and was able to help us make informed decisions. I was first recommended by a co-worker to Jose a few months back when I was just looking around and Ever since then Jose has been nothing but attentive and checked in on us to tell me he was here for any questions we had or concerns. The minute we had to rush and find something to move into ASAP, he was 100% available at any time and has taken care of so much for us. Any new information he receives he will deliver it right away and will try to get the best possible outcome for his clients. Best experience as first time home buyers. I would absolutely recommend!!

Fresh Start reality (specifically Jose) was recommended to my wife and me by our best friends two years ago! We lived in Virginia Beach at the time and Jose took the time to send us MLS listings (every two days) as we searched for our retirement home in Florida. He was there to respond to any questions on any neighborhood inquiries we may have had and personally took the time to provide extensive research on them. HIs initiative and can-do throughout the process were key factors in us finding our dream home. He took the time to walk us through the buying process as if he was buying the house. Jose is loyal, passionate and aggressive in attaining a buyer's needs. He is not just OUR real estate agent but a friend and part of our family. When I've hired fresh start realty for my property in FL to manage it for me, I didn't ask a lot of questions and was in a time limit to find a different management property that I thought will perform better than the previous one. This fresh start realty, is a one man show, that I wasn't aware of. Since Jose not always answer, it's no other person to get some answers from in this company. I've asked Jose few times to send me some documents that he sent to my tenant, for my records, and he promised to do it few days ago. Still no response & no document sent to me in any way. I've kept on asking him via text message, voice mail, emails & no response as if no body works there. Since I'm out of state owner, it makes me very concern that if I can't trust his word, what else he can do without any care or obligation to perform. I've already contacted other management property that I'm sure will do much better than this one that doesn't have any problem to not response & treat a client like a door mate after I sent his every thing he asked me for and even more. I'll definitely not recommend this fresh start company to any one for management property that you'll have to chase this person, Jose for a simple answer or document to get. If you want a responsible,trustworthy and honest person to run your business, stay away from this company as far as you can, because they'll not replay to you in timely manner & insult you verbally without any hesitation. Hopefully karma will catch up with them sooner rather than later.
