Ted and Bryan at Franz's have kept my cars roadworthy for over 20 years!! The other day, my 1993 Volvo 240 started running rough. They had the diagnosis correct within a matter of minutes and I was back on the road the next day. My car runs perfectly now! Best mechanic service garage on Earth!

Called to get price to fix my Audi Q5 rear right light. Guy who answered was nice but said “I have no idea”. I waited for a pause to see if he would come up with price. Nope. Just said he didn’t know. Welp, that’s not good business practice. I guess they don’t want to work and make money.

I have a 08 Volvo XC90. Excellent service and exceptional job. Prices are unusually fair. I've been in Jax 10 months now and been to 3 different repair shops. I must say I no longer need to seek elsewhere. It's comforting to know the job was done right which means more to me than anything. Thank you Franz very much.
