Everyone we dealt with on our floor job was very professional.we initially found them at the home and patio show andhired them soon after. We have future plans and expect to have them be apart of that.

Great process from start to finish. They got back with me very quickly after my initial email. Then they had a team out to our house with samples and pricing ready to go. Install was quick and the installers were very nice, professional and personable and even sympathetic and tried to be extra quiet, when they could, for our nervous dog. Would definitely recommend for your next job.

We were very impressed with Floor Coverings International. We chose them because of the excellent reviews they have received and we will add to those favorable comments. Max Markham, the owner, impressed us throughout the process of choosing and installing carpet in 3 rooms in our house. He was professional, competent and knowledgeable about his products, low key and not pressuring, and likeable. He was always on time, returned calls and texts, and checked with us at appropriate times in the process. The carpet installers he used were also excellent. The 3 man crew were on time, and removed and replaced all the furniture carefully and accurately. The carpet installation was done perfectly and they cleaned up everything nicely.
We will be carpeting 2 more rooms this fall and will definitely use Max and Floor Coverings International again.

This company took what could have been such a stressful time for me and completely delivered a service over and beyond anything I was expecting. Think back to when businesses delivered real, professional customer care and that’s what this is. I have standards I want met with business interactions and feel let down time and time again telling myself it’s a lost art. But everything from communication, face to face interaction and follow up with Floor Coverings International was SUPERB! I only wish I could give them 10 stars and use them for every project I need…because I would! Thank goodness businesses like this still exist. If you’re searching…this is your cue to stop right here.

We had an amazing experience working with Max at Flooring Coverings International. He was extremely helpful and consultative, helping us find the perfect flooring for our home. The implementation took one week and was done perfectly. I would 100% recommend!

Every person that I interacted with during the course of my project was absolutely great to work with. Max, the owner, was the one who came out for the initial estimate. Super friendly and quick to answer any and all questions. Then once the project was scheduled and the crew came out, they too were all quick working and friendly. Overall, very happy with the final product and can’t recommend this company enough for all your flooring needs.

Max and the team at Floor Covering Intl were so easy to work with. Max was very communicative and worked with me to secure a hard to match baseboard. The installation team did an excellent job. I love my new carpet and will call Floor Covering Intl again the next time I need flooring.

Max was awesome to work with, professional and very responsive. Matt and his team were done two days early, which blew my mind given how much tile was being removed. I was also very happy with how much clean up they did and furniture placement. Highly recommend the team at FCI and would us them again.

Our experience with Floor Coverings International Jacksonville East was most excellent. Max was able to get us in for the holidays and completed the job professionally and timely. The first time I got alot of estimatesJ brown was the first to come to my house and I ended up going with her. She is very knowledgeable,professional,and friendly. So when I was ready to put new floor in my bedroom I didn't have to get estimates(why bother when you've already gone with the best) I recommend this company to everyone I couldn't be happier?

I bought the most amazing floors from FCI Jax East. Its been almost two years and I've invested a lot into my suite, but the only thing anyone ever talks about is the floors! So glad I found this company and made this purchase!
