The store is great, but the installers they suggest are made to charge you many unnecessary fees. Find your own installer!

Our visit was facilitated by our contractor Home Synergy. We had a dedicated design person to help us select tiles for: new shower walls and floors. Also new bathroom floor tile and we had an existing sink counter that we were not changing and had to pick colors that went well together. I think we got the perfect ones for us. Our design consultant was Labyrinth and he was very patient and helpful.

I spent over 10k on materials for 2 bathrooms and a hardwood floor installation. From the phone that rings off the hook to endless incompetence with wrong orders of tile having to be hauled back and exchanged l. Don't waste your time, Go to a more reputable and competent flooring. And tile store. Don't let them tell you, They're doing you a favor when they're ordering more materials. To complete your order. We recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the design appointment staff at this location. It's clear that the staff here needs better training in customer service and communication. Unfortunately, their approach made it evident that they were having a bad day, which negatively impacted our interaction. This lack of professionalism should not be passed onto customers. Given this experience, we have decided not to reschedule any more designer appointments at this location. It's essential for businesses to ensure that their employees can provide courteous and professional service consistently, regardless of their personal circumstances. We would rate negative 5 for ruining our day and wasting our time.

This is one of those places where you feel you are bothering the workers when asking to buy something. $1000+ order, and everyone was complaining about having to go get the pallet for the order... as it was less than an hour before "closing".I mean the struggle to buy $1000 order was real.. and makes you feel like you are annoying everyone there....
