My husband has called 3 days in a row now and is always placed on hold for over hour at a time. Someone told him he would receive a call back never has received a call back in 3 days. He has a CPAC machine and needs replacements. But each person he is transferred to cannot find him in the system. How this possible when he has received supplies before. Totally unprofessional how some people handled the calls and left him on hold at one point hour and half no return phone calls.

Worst DME company steer clear. They refuse supplies when you are out, you dont recieve a trach ever without 15 calls. Im so sick of them i wish i could use another company.

Have been calling for over 2 months now to get Fletcher's Medical Supply to come and pick up my daughter's equipment since she was placed in a nursing home. Still have yet to get an answer. Fletcher's shows up at my house unannounced while I'm at work and leaves cards but never answer the phone when I call to schedule a pick up for when I am home.

This company has horrible customer service and doesn’t care if your machines fail to work properly, but they will keep having their third party affiliates call you to place orders for equipment even though they themselves will not call you or make sure your equipment is functioning properly. Don’t hold your breath while waiting for a call back. If you don’t get resolution on your initial call, they say they’ll call back but don’t.Update. Fletchers Medical finally called me to come in to review my concerns about my CPAP machine instead of soliciting me to buy more supplies. After having to rehash the facts that: 1. My CPAP machine was no longer communicating with the myAir app; 2. That I had no access to any information from my CPAP usage from July 6 to November 3rd; 3. Neither my sleep Dr. nor my primary Dr. had access to the same data, and 4. That no one had access except Fletchers Medical to the data on the 2 SIM cards they provided…they finally actually did an assessment of my machine and discovered that there. Was a malfunction in the machine and gave me a new machine. While I am now registering data from Nov. 3 to present, all the data from July 6 to Nov. 3 is lost.

No empathy; rude"Manager" Sissy Tuttle refused to fill medical order for patient with a knee surgeon's order for a walker after major knee surgery. The order has detailed reason the walker is needed. The order reads in 2 different places: "The DME is medically necessary due to: recent surgery for stability, support, and safety for ADL."Sissy indicated the "medical equipment order" didn't have complete notes with every detail from the doctor's visit, and confirmed this is Fletcher's policy, not law. I believe this is HIPPA protected information and it certainly isn't relevent for their purposes.Before driving 15 miles, we called ahead of time to make sure they would be open until 5 and would accept the order. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about this. The lack of empathy from Sissy was staggering.This is a patient about to have knee surgery next week who won't be allowed discharge without this equipment.Owner, please don't bother to post the canned response you've given to all the other negative reviews recently. Every review in the past month has been 1 star and you've only had 2 reviews above 1 star in the past year.

My current cpap provider didn't crossover into Medicare Advantage coverage, so my sleep Dr at Jax Sleep Center sent me to Fletchers. Got an appt quickly. Lenore was great. Even though I had had a cpap for a few years, this is a new one since joining Medicare Adv plan. Lenore explained the new machine and ensured I had the same mask as before. A new carrying case comes with it, too.My mask starter kit wasnt available and it was with p30i pillows, but I need to exchange the p30i pillow masks for n30i nasal pillows. The p30i rubbed my nose until sore after just 2 nights, so I went back to my n30i pillows. No complaints for Fletchers. We will see how easy it is to exchange p30i into n30i, as Lenore said to do. I may update my review if there is a ratings change.

I've ordered supplies for my son from Fletcher's Medical for the past 15 years. Before Adapt Health bought them in 2021, I would have given them 5 stars. Now...? Well, if I could give them 0 stars, then I would. As many recent reviews here have stated: long wait times, incorrect orders, many calls to them to "fix things" or to check on the status of an order and the list goes on. Every month I end up calling 3-4 times after I place an order because there's been some kind of hold up or error. The customer service reps are friendly, at least, but they typically can't help and you end up on hold while they search for information. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for my son's situation, so I guess I'll just "deal with it". If you have another option, then I'd recommend taking it.

Literally the worst. Had to go through this company for a patient’s tube feed supplies for 9 months and holy moly! Wow! How does this company exist? If they ever say they’ll call you back, they won’t. Every time I had to contact them for an order there were paperwork problems, insurance problems, etc anything to prevent an actual order. It took full days on the phone, sometimes 2 days to 2 weeks to get somewhere. If I tried to place a re-order for vital supplies it was usually a week and a half ordeal where I’d have to dedicate hours on hours on the phone and usually as soon as that person and I hung up the progress was gone and no one could help, no one ever knew what was going on and constantly put in the wrong information. The patient was constantly in fear and extremely upset and felt hopeless because of this and caused more health issues. I felt as a caregiver that I pretty much worked for them as I had to do all the leg work in calling insurance companies and doctors getting referrals recent every time we placed an order. Forced to run out of supplies because of this company’s negligence I had to make formula and manually tube feed the patient. I mean I get it, it’s not their problem but if you want to survive do NOT use this company!

Worst customer experience ever. I had an upcoming surgery and needed a knee scooter. I called to place the order, and no one called me back. I called again shortly before my surgery and placed an order for home delivery. I was told I would get a call back to schedule/arrange for delivery. Once again, no one called me back. The day of the surgery, I followed up again to learn my order was not placed for delivery. The representative went on to tell me that they don’t deliver knee scooters, and only allow for pick up. A request was made for an exception given the circumstances and the fact that was never communicated, but it was denied. I was left high and dry with no mobility device to get around my home after surgery.

It took me almost 3 weeks to get my equipment. After they gave it to me, I was at home two days a couldnt move around because the equipment didn’t come until that time.Omg, my wife brought it home, it was supposed to be delivered to the hospital.Horrible service.These people could keep my information straight. Every time I called it took 45 mins to find my account. Then omg, they gave me the worst equipment they had. It was rusted, and wobbly. I had one before from another store, it was perfect. But this company is straight horrible. I feel 3 times using this junk.And it’s on camera. I’m gonna contact my attorneys tomorrow. I promise I will sue them. Negative 3 star for me.., it wasn’t a place to give the 0 stars

Sent the wrong cpap equipment with no invoice. Had no idea who sent it. Took a few weeks to figure it, then they said would not take it back and billed me for it. Thier lack of detail and follow through is appalling. Do not trust them too do it right.

I would not recommend this DME company. You will have a minimum 15 minute wait anytime you call, which will be often, and then you will have to wait more to get anyone to figure out what's going on. I have to call two even three times before an order is actually placed. No invoices are sent when orders are actually placed so you have no idea if or when things are successfully ordered.They say it's your responsibility to call and wait to speak with someone to find out if they actually did their job.I am constantly calling and wasting my time trying to get anything done with this company. I regret ever agreeing to work with them but had no other choice for the supplies we need.We almost ran out of food, and after calling every day for two weeks and getting the run around I asked for a supervisor. Only then was an order placed.The doctor faxed over orders for supplies and I called to ensure they were received because we needed what was ordered. I was repeatedly told they did not receive them. The doctor faxed the orders again and emailed them, and I was told they did not receive them. The doctors office called to make sure it was received and was told Fletcher's had it, but when I called to place the order they couldn't find them.It has been a nightmare working with these people, and I honestly don't know how they retain any customers. It's nerve racking waiting for essential supplies like food and having no idea if the person over the phone will actually do what they are supposed to do.

They shipped items to our home without getting prior approval through our Insurance Company. The Insurance Company did not approve the order and they charged our Credit Card over $900 without getting approval and letting us know.

My husband has been waiting over a month for a CPAP. Calls go unanswered and never returned. Bad customer service when he does talk to them. All we want to know is the order status!!!!

Unfortunately we have to rate Fletcher's badly. We needed a hospital bed for our father and the doctor submitted the orders and we went back and forth for 2 months trying to get this done. They never called back, and relied on us to follow up with them and was given several different excuses. Luckily, 2 days before my dad had to move into his new Senior Living Home, the Dr contacted JC Medical and they were able to come through for us with a bed and even had it delivered the day before my dad moved in. Funny how JC Medical only took 1 day for approval, while Fletchers never could get it completed.
