The fact that they can solder phone memory chips its an extreme plus! My only regret is not knowing of this place any sooner. I came in with my phone absolutely dead after getting a screen replacement and wanted to get the memory chip soldered to another phone but it wasn't necessary and they managed to turn on the phone with no problem at all and it's still working. While I was waiting for my phone to back up at least three more customers came in for a screen replacement and they told them it would take about 15 minutes and it literally took 15 minutes to get a screen replaced unlike other places. These guys are hands down the best in town.

They are the extremely the best my phone was water damaged no one could fix it not even Apple Store. I called and the owner told me to come in I waited no more then 5 minutes and he came and said good news and phone was back to life

The prices are reasonable , but the parts they get from the warehouse have issues. We have been dealing with them since last Thursady. They ordered a part and they received wrong part and was supposed to call and let us know it was in. I had to call them. So Monday comes they order another part . Tuesday its cbroke i and Wednesday issue with part and they don't call like they said they wouldl. So today we finally got a part without a issue and it wax installed in the phone. I again had to call them. You would think with all the us sues they would have provided a discount or taken something off the cost. nothing, not even 5% or nothing. Staff was courteous and polite. I'm not sure if I would use them again. Their fees are also reasonable. Would have 4vor 5 stars if they followed through with the commitment by calling and no issue with part 4 times. I can see once.

Best phone Tec in Jacksonville Florida. Fixed my phone for a decent price and I have one of the newest iPhone in 2023. 5 star place!!! Don’t walk RUNNNNN . They also stay open late and have the best phone cases tooo for a good price.

Adam was very helpful in getting me the best service for my needs. Very knowledgeable and is a certified repair technician by Apple. My iPhone 8 Plus was completely messed up and offered me a deal on a completely brand new one since it would’ve cost me over $500 to fix my previous phone. I got another phone, the iPhone 7 Plus, 256 GB for only $220. I would definitely recommend their service as they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and quick. I seen them recommend someone to go buy another Apple Watch because they know Apple is selling it for cheaper and to fix theirs would be $120. They really do seek the best interest for the customer.

DO NOT DO IT!I paid over $200 for a repair that they could never fix. Adam said he did me a favor because he ordered new parts but I had to go to UBREAKIFIX to have my phone repaired the correct way. In the three visits with them for the same problem at least 4 people came in asking for refunds. Now I know why.... THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND! GARBAGE
