Everyone was amazing during the passing of my cat fluff. We came in as a walk in. They did everything they could to get us in as quickly as they could. Gave us plenty of time to say goodbye.

I have never been so angry with a business. The first time we showed up to get our car euthanized we sat 3 hours in a room without seeing anyone. So they told us to come back first thing the next morning. So we did. After another wait time of an hour, the doctor comes in and tells us our ONLY option is do surgery first to see if that works. I told him that it wasn't financially feasible for us. He then tells us that we can apply for a program to make payments. So instead of helping us, he wants to put more of a financial strain on our family. I left in tears because we couldn't get no help. They can't even guarantee that the surgery would work. So let's put people in financial bind, just so they can make more money. Why offer euthanasia if you won't do it. We missed work for 2 days for no reason.

Scheduled appt, but didn't leave until 2.5 hrs later. The technician came out to get our puppy 1.5 Jr's after our appt time. She brought him back 15 mins later and said I needed to wait on his fecal test results. She then took another dog back which she promptly brought back because she had trouble muzzling her. After her 3rd trip back up there to talk to the family of the other dog, she was about to take their 2nd one back when I stopped her to ask if the results were complete. She said "not yet," but proceeded to the back again. Mysteriously, the results were in fact in, when she returned the 2nd dog to the family. She then gave my puppy an oral medication and told us we were free to leave. Three things...I did not like the fact that I didn't get to go back with my puppy and talk to the vet personally as I do when I bring my older furbaby in for her annual visit. Secondly, I didn't like that she was not being honest about having us waiting on test results while she was back and forth with the other 2 dogs, who's family brought them in as a "walk-in". And third, they added a heartworm/flea pill to my bill without asking me. I thought I was paying for her tag, instead I walked away with a pill but didn't know it until after I left.

IF YOU HAVE LIMITED TO NO FUNDS THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO.MY DOG HASNT EATEN IN 2 WKS AND IM ON DISABILITY THEY REFERRED ME SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT SIAD THEY WANTED $45 JUST TO SEE THE DOG.SO NOW IM FORCED TO WATCH MY DOG SUFFER AND DIE CAUSE I LACK THE FUNDS TO TAKE CARE OF IT AT THIS MOMENT,GOOD JOB FIRST COAST ON NOT HELPING...

I’ve been going here for over 14 years and have been a loyal supporter for them. Tried to support this place despite the long wait times at times. Initially had my appointment for 09/30/24 but received a phone call saying the doctor had to reschedule so they moved me to today. Fought traffic and drove for over an hour to get here. Finally got here today at 4:38pm for my 4:30pm appointment and stood in line until called up. The staff and doctor TRIED TO TURN ME AWAY and reschedule AGAIN. I told them why on earth would they need to reschedule me? I got there a few minutes after 4:30 and have been waiting in line to get called on. This will be my last time with this place. They have no respect or consideration for my time and loyalty to support them and hard work it took to drive over to them. I have never been turned away for arriving 8 minutes past my appointment time (while also standing in line waiting to be called on) and then treated like they can’t even treat my dog for vaccines because of that. I was understanding for when the doctor when they had to reschedule me and had to rearrange my whole schedule for them, so you would think that even if I was a few minutes past my appointment time, they would be understanding and make sure to take me? I have always been kind and gracious with them and today their poor attitudes and the fact that doctor wouldn’t even bring me back into a room for treatment is utterly unacceptable. Doctor won’t even come out to talk to me or apologize. Very very disappointed and turned off with this place. No more homeless pets will be receiving no more business from me.

Disappointed. I called Saturday to inquire about an issue with my cat, I was told I didn't need an appointment just to come in. I drove across town and was put in a room where we sat for almost an hour and a half. When I enquired about the wait I was told to come back the next morning. Needless to say, I left without anyone ever looking at my cat.

If you’re a walk in, then DO NOT come to this location. Our cat was experiencing some symptoms of throat infection and wanted her to be seen. My boyfriend and I waited over three and a half hours to not even get seen. We had to end up leaving and go to another place to get her treatment.

I walked in at 8:35am on Saturday... there was a queue but it was managed well. Waited in line for about 30mins. Unfortunately, they stopped walk-in at my turn but that's okay, happens. They did recommend a different clinic i could go to. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions!

Really disappointed in this place. Found a kitten very young, definitely under 6 weeks old. Called jax humane and was directed to this place. It has a possible URI and vet here wouldn't take the poor thing as a walk-in instead they wanted me to come back for an appt at the very end of the month. It could be dead by then. The front staff was very friendly and gave me a list of alternative places to check. Which I appreciate But who ever the actual veterinarian is they SUCK at compassion!!!!!!

I've brought my dog(s) in for two 6 services and had a pleasant time at each. I made a teeth cleaning apt for my bichon who's 6.5 yrs old as I'm aware it's a genetic issue. With each employee I spoke with, I was given a different cost break down and upon paying I was told that I misheard how the payment was adjusted. Then the whole other issue was I received a call from them regarding his xray and how bad his teeth were. Called them back in less than 10 minutes. Did not get in touch with them for almost 90 minutes. When I finally spoke with the vet in charge of the cleaning she informed me his teeth were better than anticipated and that they were only removing a few extra teeth more than I knew he would be. I knew he had one tooth waiting to fall out. Upon me picking him up at the end of today. She said they removed 13 teeth as they all were ready to fall out and was a health risk to him. Me reminding her that was not how it was said over the phone and was again informed that I didn't hear correctly. As I walked away upset. She continued speaking to my fiance wbo noticed she was laughing and wouldnt make eye contact cause she knew she didnt mention pulling 13 over the phone.She said they did us a favor cause they should've pulled more teeth and charged us more. Money is not an issue. Can always get more of that but I can't go and get my dog's teeth put back in after they were wrongfully extracted. No wonder they never called me back and just went ahead and pulled them all. The cherry on top is that I paid 700 for the surgery and my dog comes back to me with his paws covered in his feces. I will never be back to this establishment and will never recommend them to anyone else. I hope I'm not the only one they treated like this.

Don’t go price might good but the wait is a mess. They call who they want these people are not friendly. Prejudice against darker skin color.

I get that Walk ins take some time to get seen, but 4 hours is insane even for the most patient and reasonable people. Never even got my pet the treatment they needed. I left feeling a slew of negative emotions and I prey I never have to go back again.
