Both Guy and Brian helped me when no one else really could figure out what I needed. Not only did they help me and take the time to deal with me, their recommendation and fix has salvaged my car, giving me time to save up.

I usually don't leave reviews but after today and how I was treated I will not say the person's name but I will say they were very unprofessional. They accuse me of harassment because I called to be sure of what I was told had gotten done. I have spoken to the owner earlier this morning and I called the number they had given me yet the number had not answered since I began calling it at about 9: 00. I called both numbers and my question was, Does the phone ring to both departments and they said that was impossible yet the same person answered the phone for both numbers 695 and 783. I asked the person to take my name and number and to give it to the service department to let them know that I'm trying to contact them he said okay man will do. Some time passed and I heard nothing and when I called back that's when I asked the question and then he proceeded to say, "we're going around and around and I'm asking a question and you're answering with a question", "what is it that I can do for you" and I stated to the young man do you not understand what I'm asking you? He said "no, do you not understand because at about this time, it's harassment". I was in need of getting a battery placed in my car and since I bought my car from here both my cars and know the work I wanted it to be done there. Because I was treated so unprofessionally and rude I will not be returning to get my work done here. It deeply saddens me that I have to go elsewhere when I relied on this place for the last 4 years. Professionalism and kindness goes a long way also listening to understand and not to respond goes an even longer.

This is one of those typical terrible used car places. Owner quoted me one price, sticker on window of car $1,000 less than quote. Sales staff is rude and not trustworthy. Street clear of this place at all costs.

The owner's attitude is not friendly at all you should never talk to your customers in a very harsh and nasty manner. God dont like ugly! my mom purchased a car almost 2yrs ago and Never missed a payment!! And im under her insurance as a driver for the vehicle uhmm Mr Marvin if thats any of your business!!. Anyway We decided to take the car in regarding mechanical issues i understand that some diagnostic are not free!! There were no legal documentation!! The car was worked on without her consent, normally repair shops will call to get the go ahead with your approval to found out the issue especially if it cost money but unfourtunaly it didnt happen that way. I really appreciate Mr bryant he was very helpful and understanding and i do apologize on his behalf. Mr Marvin thats bad reputation for your business you tried to justify the wrongs!! I would never recommend him or his company. he even had the nerve to question my age and why im driving the vehicle! Last time i check you dont have to be the owner to drive a car all you need is driver license. Advice to everyone meet the owner first before you purchase a vehicle!!!! He showed his true colors.

Friendly and dependable. We had an issue with a car we bought from them. They tried 3 times to fix the issue. After that they ended up just trading us for a different car. I will definately get my next car from them as well.

I wouldn't even give this place a star they lied to me from the start gave them 3500 and they said I was financed 8 days later after all the paperwork and money exchanged on a Friday at 4pm they tell me " oh ur not financed" these people lied about how much money I could put down at first then I had to put more down then I had repaired the headlight which in a 2013 Ford fusion u have to take the whole bumper off and not reimbursed for any of it I was then told they couldnt give me my money back till Monday so they have the car I have paperwork and they have my money they are not upfront about anything and they sit in the office discussing my business Bill's and money and acxounts in front of other customers from across the room I have opened a 3rd party disclosure claim on them and intend to pursue it not respectable people. Please don't waste ur time to be lied to they are crooks.
