We had our vehicle repaired from a minor fender bender. The estimate and scheduling process was a breeze. The repair was completed in a quick 3.5 days (they admitted it was quiet, but still, this is FAST). Everyone was friendly and communicative during the process and the repair was done perfectly. Great Job!

I had a truly great experience at the Jacksonville Fields Collision Center. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. From the front desk to the Specialist I was assigned to through completion of my transactions with the cashier, my experience ran smoothly with each person from start to finish ? I would recommend this location for future collisions with anyone I'm asked.

My car was checked in by Melissa approximately around the last 2 weeks of September! Melissa communications was not the very best to explain clearly to me what was actually going on with my car! She did communicate how much I had to pay very well! Lexus collision had my car for about 3 weeks! I had to extend my car rental which I exhausted car rental from Geico and had to pay out of pocket for additional week! This information was told to Melissa! While I wason vacation I recd notification from Melissa that the Service dept found that I need to replace my battery and I asked how much and I believe it was approximately $600 ! I told her no then I replied back and asked Melissa was this caused by my accident! No response! October 28th I go to pick up my cat Melissa said my car needs a jump!! I was like why!!! She went to say I told you a battery was needed but never fully explained to me when I turned down the battery that my car probably wont start when I pick my car up!!! I told her when I was coming and she advised my car would be ready after waiting for longer than I expected!!! After I recd my car I took my car to Auto Advanced and purchased battery and Melissa told me that I need to bring my car back becsuse she need to clear something and to ensure the light goes out after battery was replaced!!
Took car back same day to Melissa she did whatever she had to do and I left! I received a text or call from Melissa I believe the next fay telling me I need to bring my car back to her because they forgot to put some emblem back on the car! At this time I was really getting more and more frustrated!! I advised will bring car back by Friday 11/1/24! On 10/30 i look at the repairs again mind you Melissa didn’t offer for me to review the results which is my fault I should have looked throughly! I looked quickly and left! Well got home from gym as I was walkimg into my house from garage and noticed where Lexus Collision was supposedly had fixed my car I see freaking bubbles/bumps on my bumper and the other side was smooth! Now I’m really upset especially after I had already paid!!!
I knew I had to take my car back on 11/1 so I did
I went inside to ask for Melissa and one of the technicians came out instead of Melissa. I showed him my car and I did say I thought I getting a new bumper and he reviewed the bumper snd took my car back to place a emblem and to check on my bumper! Now mind you Melissa never came out to greet me but called me over go her desk to show me that I had some minor dents on my bumper and I advise I wasn’t going to pay if Geico doesn’t cover. I told Melissa I am talking about what should have been fixed and she advised that the technician did not see that and it wasn’t fixed!!!!!! Now I’m livid! First of all if you are my adviser Why didn’t Melissa look over my carr before I initially picked it up??? Was it because you didn’t think I would see it??? Now I have to bring my car back to the Lexus Collision for repairs again and they couldn’t get it in today! I have to wait until they have a loaner which could be 1 to 2 weeks!!!
This is my second Mercedes and I have never experienced anything like this! I expected Mercedes Benz to give me the upmost service as they stand out to be! After I went ahead and I allowed them to fix my car with all the OM Parts that Geico wouldn’t cover and the difference of labor I had to pay that myself !! I am totally upset and not sure if I will ever allow Lexus Collision to repair my car!!
Dissatisfied/ Disappointed/ Frustrated. Customer!

Our Lexus had only 1600 miles on it when it had to have body work. The work was done excellently and reasonably. There was no way to tell that it had ever been damaged. The work is guaranteed for the life of the car. We could not be happier.

I would not recommend Fields for service. They take too long for your car to be repaired. They Overcharge for everything! My car was not clean on the outside.

I didnt get a chance to talk with Danny he wrote the paper work up the person who call me weekly was Kasim he’s was polite and made sure my car was taken care of good customer service I give Kasim 100%

I am pleased to report that Drew at Fields helped walk me through the process, educating me and kept me up to date on progress while answering all my questions via text. It was easy and informative. This was the first time I have had to get a vehicle repaired. It was also a pretty terrible experience with this associate named Tabitha. She never quality assured my vehicle, therefore my car still had a small crease where it was supposed to be repaired. This took another week to repair on top of the extra week that they kept my car for repair. When I picked up my Lexus yesterday, my windows would not roll up and down properly. I had to wait another hour for that to be repaired. In hindsight, I would have left that scratch in my door and saved myself $3000 and time going back and forth an hour since Fields didn't prepare it right the first two times. With Tabitha's terrible attitude, this whole experience sucked. If she worked for me, she would have at least a week off unpaid.
