Have been pluming for awhile now but never had a driver help me carry a cast iron tub to the third floor of a custom home Arnold was way more than helpful and would recommend anyone to have this company supply your fixture especially if they continue to have and hire people as willing as Arnold to help you he went above and beyond

We ordered a $3500 James Martin vanity. The solid surface countertop was warped and we had to submit a claim directly to the manufacturer before they would replace it. Unfortunately the sink that was purchased with it was already glued to the countertop so we have to find a way to remove it before installing the new countertop. We had to follow up multiple times with Ferguson and we placed more calls and emails than one should ever have to in order to resolve. The entire sink and countertop should have been replaced immediately and Ferguson should have had to deal with the manufacturer directly. Your customer service is lacking across the board. Do better.

I went there to look at bathtubs. The showroom is very beautiful. I waited about an hour and no one help me so I gave the receptionist who is very polite my phone number to have a sales team call me. no one called me or helped me. Don’t waste your time going there just go online and get what you need. They have the same stuff. you can buy everything you need from the store online and save some money

On the recommendation of our builder we purchased our ENTIRE appliance and plumbing package from this showroom (>$45,000 invoice). Fergusons excel in sales. But forget trying to get anyone to call you back if there's a problem or actually trying to call the showroom trying to speak to a human! Good Luck! Oh and if (like us) you have an early problem with some appliances then "Bad Luck!" the advice you'll get from Fergusons once they sell it to you is "Talk to the Manufacturer". Fergusons after sales service and responsiveness is absolutely horrendous. No one is on-point, there is no accountability. Once they take your money you are 100% ON YOUR OWN. I would advise people steer clear.

They are very willing to place your order but when it comes to getting the product, make sure that you have it in before you let your contractor start. I’m waiting for two sinks which have taken five weeks. They have their money, but I don’t have full product. It has put my contractor behind, and I am sitting here with two bathrooms that are not completed. Would not recommend buying products and go someplace else.! Understand there is a place in San Marco that is great.

Just left the store, Connor and Ethan helped me get supplies for our Electrolyzed Reduced Water machine. I had no idea how the plumbing system would work and Connor, patiently figured out the best solution was for my setup. Even stayed 15+ min after the store had already closed to make sure I was taken care of! 10/10 to this experience. As a business owner, it’s hard to find knowledgeable and high quality personnel to our staff like these two! I appreciate your service! Thank you!

I was greeted as though it was a burden for me to enter their facility. Was given the 3rd degree as to why I was there and that they don't just sell to anyone. I am building a 3.5 bath home on the St Johns River, but apparently, they don't want my business.

We’ve had a poor experience with Ferguson and won’t be working with them for future projects. We were told that a pre-site visit for installation of our appliances would happen last week, with installation happening several days later. The pre-site visit was never completed with no communication from Ferguson. When we called, the customer service representative was not apologetic or helpful. We now will be moving back into our home with our small children with no appliances or faucets installed and they can’t get us on the schedule for a week. Again, no apology, no explanation, no care. They also didn’t send several items that we ordered “by mistake” we caught this mistake and had to spend time getting this resolved. I’d recommend going somewhere that your business is valued.
