I am very computer illiterate so it was I was pleasantly surprised to walk into Kinkos and find someone like Lily to help me. She was very helpful and showing me how to convert a letter to PDF file so that I could send it and have it printed up. Definitely save my life I needed this letter first thing Monday morning and they were there to help I definitely recommend this Kinkos and ask for Lily

I went to FedEx office to download some images. After about 12 or $13 worth of time I called someone over because I put $25 on the card for this one download. He stopped my download saying it’s not downloading although the computer is saying it’s downloading. He told me to do it a different way, I did and it still does not work. Then I was given a phone number that does not work and they are acting like they can’t help me after it ultimately took $18 worth of time & money and I still don’t have my download.. I was given an 800 number to the revenue department, selected the option for refunds and credit. It will not allow me to get service if I don’t have some type of account number which they cannot give me. And all they can say is it’s not their problem and they don’t know how to help me and they can’t reach any managers and anyone who has any knowledge on how to handle the matter and anyone with any type of customer service etiquette. So I’m supposed to just be out of $18?I have never experienced something like this at Staples. There’s always someone there who can assist you and has some type of resolution, although they haven’t been many times that I’ve needed one… because their system works.

It so hard to work with them and I agree they hate customers. I had to do custom size print outs and they are like you must know what you’re doing the do not want to help at all

Keith is the best, respectful, quick, and always helpful every time I go. I’ve been coming to this location for the past two years on a regular basis whether to pick up or drop off a package. If he’s not helping me then someone on his team is and they always provide great service. Definitely would choose this location over any other.

Lillith completely killed it!!! in and out within 3 minutes absolutely zero problems. fastest and best service i’ve ever gotten from a fedex or ups. AND SHE WAS TRAINING! absolutely amazing, thank you lillith!

Beware this location at all costs, they hate the customers, and complain and cry 24/7. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior and disrespect in all my years. This has all been reported to the highest eschelon of the FedEx corporation. Keith, and his entire staff are beyond clueless and corrupt. They would rather bash former employees, and customers rather than train staff properly. It's easy to cry, and spread psychotic democratic rhetoric it seems, but doing a job and respecting the customers? That seems impossible, lol, atleast here.

The staff are great. Be careful if you ship on an account...i shipped the same box twice. On the first shipment, no problems. On the second trip the dimensions were keyed in wrong and I was charged a $200 oversize fee to my credit card. Thought it would be a quick resolution. They have a call center system where you never speak to a decision maker. After multiple attempts to explain a very straight forward situation, everyone was "very sorry" but let me know there is no way to reach a manager by phone, and that this was the "final resolution" ...it was unfortunately impossible to refund the $200...infuriating.
