My experience during my visits at this store are amazing :) The whole team is awesome , but especially Jarred! He's always super friendly and helpful every time I go into this Fedex! It's my favorite store to visit, and the customer service is always top tier! Jarred is always very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding the best options for what I need, and his smile always makes me smile :) 10/10 definitely recommend!

This is literally the BEST place to print at! I used to go to staples but they are trash on every level. This FedEx is not only incredibly quick but their quality and customer service is out of this world! Specifically, Jared, that man needs an entire raise! He’s the whole package and I’m so thankful there are still people out there delivering such genuine and great customer service.

Honestly I came here looking to get some photos printed and I didn't have much but they really helped me out from start to finish. Steven the store manager was the one to help me while everyone's else was taking care of customers. Seemed like no hiccups. But had some photos made and Steven really went out of his way to make sure I got something i was satisfied with. And was a decent price as well.

This is my favorite FedEx. I am a small business owner so I’m always using FedEx. Maria and Jared are literally the best! I live about 30 minutes from their location but because of their great service, I only go to this FedEx. If Maria is there you’ll be smiling leaving. Thank you guys ❤️

Maria was attentive, anticipatory, and very friendly. I had a large order and she helped guide me through the process. I also noticed how she spoke to customers before me and saw that she tailored her communication in a way that the customer would best understand. The store was clean and well stocked.

I don't get the negative reviews. I've been to this store a bunch of times in the past couple of weeks and received prompt and attentive service every single time. Michele and Jake are absolutely the best! They made it so easy for my partner and me to print, scan, copy, ship, etc. We're usually in and out of the store in minutes.

Hire people with better attitudes. I went into this location on 7/22/2022 around 9:10m and walked in to the employee talking on the phone with who I assume where his superiors about him not having any help. This I don’t mind, I was in no rush so I just lingered around a bit. After two other customers walked in, he got off the phone and nonchalantly asked how he could help me. As I was in the middle of asking a question about the documents I was sending (I was unsure if I should pay for a padded envelope or not) without him saying a word, and me still in the middle of my question, he snatched my documents and the shipping label out of my hand and walked over to the other side of the counter. I chuckled a little because I was shocked as to what just happened, and it caught my off guard. He pulled an envelope out and put my documents in and dropped it on the scale. Confused as to what he’s needing from me, I asked him if he needed me over there or where I was currently standing because he had yet to say anything else to me. He gave me my receipt and that was it.I get that you’re understaffed but don’t take it out on customers who have NO say in your staffing.
