Service is terrible with Fedex in general. It’s no longer the quality freight shipper as in the past. I’m just another victim of unreadable bar code with my package stuck in limbo. Package arrived on the 6th of July and today being the 11th. If you contact customer service you get the typical run around with just a claim number which is basically saying we understand you’re upset and we’ll get back with you but nobody does. How many days does it take to print a label ? Don’t ship or order anything being shipped by Fedex unless you enjoy stress.

They have to be the WORST freight company around. Never on time, always have excuses and give you the runaround for your freight deliveries. I avoid using them at ALL cost. If I could give them a ZERO I would.

They are often unprepared and fail to deliver on their commitments, even after clear instructions are provided about the type of package they are picking up!

Their FedEx logistics personnel told us two days in a row to be home for the delivery but the freight never came. They were unapologetic and offered no solutions for lost time off work or the inconvenience of waiting all day for the package only to learn after calling a second time that it wasn’t going to be delivered. The online portal is a joke and doesn’t give the correct information compared to what they say when you call. I will never use FedEx again.

I own a business in Jacksonville, Florida. If they aren't losing our pallets, they are leaving them outside a locked business with clear hours marked, in the rain. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY FOR FREIGHT SHIPPING!

Customer service was perfect from arranging for a pick up to picking up the merchandise. The only con to me is the insufficient visitor parking space especially if you are bringing in a trailer.

Fedex freight is double billing me for liftgate service. My distributors pay for the service. My staff and I do not use self pay liftgate service because it is to expensive and it only takes a few more minutes to unload as a team. As far as delivering the freight they do an excellent job it's the double billing that burns my biscuits.
