It wasmy first time returning 2 very large items with a QR code. The employees at this location were very helpful and courteous, which is rare today. Very nice experience!

Service and prices are terrible. The staff here is so disrespectful and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was told I could not drop off my prepaid & prelabeled FedEx package, that they don't accept them when it clearly says the opposite on this site. Employees need to be trained here. Drove here for nothing.

FedEx missed 2 delivery dates they gave me. Tracking number was worthless. Employees were rude, made poor excuses, did not follow up as they promised.
