Had neighbor stop to pick up package from FedEx and they refused to release the shipment, after providing all necessary credentials.On site associate rude, ignored, and walked away from neighbor, when questioned about the issue.

I called in an order at this location and was assured that my order would be ready in a couple of hours. An associate of mine went to pick it up 4 hrs later. When she arrived they had no record of it. This happened on two separate occasions within two weeks. She called me from the location to let me know. I ask to speak to the associate, Jacob, and I verified the details of the order and I let him know that this happened once already the previous week. He did not respond and then preceded to hand back the phone to my associate. I was shocked that he didn't respond. I told my associate to ask for the manager. He was out to lunch. Not long after, the manager, Carlos, called me and I explained the situation. Meanwhile my associate is waiting there while we get this resolved. We had a deadline that day. He assured me that they would do their best to get the order done by the time we requested. As soon as we hung up, he told my associate that they would NOT be able to get our order done. As soon as we hung up! He did not have to nerve to tell me over the phone. More associates in the store began to mock my associate. This was absurd! She left and found Staples at the beach. Staples fulfilled our order without any drama and we made our deadline, barely. I will never use Kinkos again. I would rather drive all the way to the beach to get what we need. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have had with a business of this stature. This unprofessionalism flowed from the manager to the employees under him. Beware!

After an unpleasant experience on Thursday, 8/5 with a totally useless incompetent counter man (not the tall one with glasses who was helping everyone), with no desire to help anyone who asked him, another experience with a very rude woman named Patty today. I know hiring is difficult these days but I recall when Kinkos was very helpful and employees knew how to do their job. Out of five visits to different stores in the past month, all of them are just awful. Guess they are only good for copies and fedex drop offs now. How sad.

This is the best FedEx center I've ever been to. They are well staffed and always friendly and extremely helpful. I am always in and out in a timely manner and have no complaints. I have been here on busy days and slow days and have the same amazing experience. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a wonderful atmosphere. Albert specifically is a great employee and has always been extremely helpful.

I was here on Wednesday and the female behind the counter didn't do a good job at helping Me mail My package. She refused to mail it because of a certain type of code that was listed on the box. I originally ordered the package from Avon and it was cologne. I asked that it can put in another box and mailed out and She refused to do that. Ironically, Avon and USPS can ship out cologne. I wouldn't recommend going here while She's working. She needs better customer service skills. I don't think I'll return to this location again.

The were absolutely amazing. I had my 22 month old with me while trying to ship Christmas gifts. The manager helped watch her, played with her and even ran around the store with her to keep her happy. I can't say thank you enough to everyone here. Besides helping me send all my gifts they were kind AND helped with my little girl. I'll come back every time I need to send something.

I needed to order some signage and after doing a search to see who did foam signs with a quick turnaround and this FedEx location popped up. I went online and uploaded my design, chose the size I needed and put in a coupon code (score, I was able to get 20 percent off my total), paid, and was told in a confirmation email that I'd be notified when my item was complete. When I placed my order it stated that my order wouldn't be done until Thursday. To my surprise, I received an email stating it was ready for pickup less than 24 hours after I placed the order. So exciting. I drove down to Baymeadows, found ample parking, and walked into FedEx. There was only one person in front of me. The store had a bunch of signage stationed throughout the store stating mask wearing is a must, social distancing, etc. Less than two minutes in line, a FedEx employee, Markita helped me. I let her know that I had a pickup order. She was super friendly. She grabbed my order, thanked me for my business, and I was on my way. Pros: -Ease of loading documents online and ordering online -Taking COVID precautions -Friendly staff Cons: -Prices are high for print orders Tips: Look for print coupons before placing your order to save some money.

We had several things (invitations, announcements, posters, seating chart) printed for our wedding here, and they are fantastic. They are really friendly and quick, and also helpful in making the right choice for your project. The staff really knows their stuff and I am always glad for a smile and some small talk as well! You will get notification when your project is done and ready to be picked up, overall a great place to do business. There are also ALL sorts of other things that can be done here, you can see people buzzing around the whole space!

My mother in law and I came in today with a few pictures we wanted cropped and blown up into a poster board for a funeral. My mother in law just lost her husband. Originally, we were waiting in a short line that seemed like it was taking forever, just as I was saying, "let's get outta here", Donna came over to us in the line and asked how she could help. She was WONDERFUL with my mother in law, she took her time and was very sensitive to the situation and she made a BEAUTIFUL memorial poster board for the services AND she had it ready in a few hours. She was an angel and deserves recognition. Thank you so much Donna!

I'm so grateful for this 24/7 location, and for night shift staff member, Brandon. I was desperately searching for a way to get something printed ASAP and this was the only place in Jacksonville open past 8pm on the weekend. Brandon was super friendly and helpful, even fixing a mistake on one of my documents when I had no other way to edit it after leaving my office. He helped me pick out special paper and got me in and out quickly. All while he was dealing with a difficult, demanding customer who was there around the same time as me. He handled himself very professionally, even when the other customer was being a j**** He even gave the guy a discount that he didn't deserve just to keep things running smoothly. I'm very impressed and had a pleasant experience. Plus this place has everything you could possibly need to handle your business or personal tasks. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

This is my go to for shipping FedEx on my off pick up days~ this location is right near my house and easy to pop in and out! I have only had to wait in line once- in over a dozen stops in! Drop off is painless. Parking sometimes is a bear- being next to Metro Diner- it can get packed on certain days! The staff always greets you when you come in and efficiently help the various guests. I like the different counters for different services- helps keep things moving. I have some personal packages going out soon and will be coming here for sure!

So I had a package that I needed to send off. It had already been paid for all I needed to do was send it. This location is nice and big. Although I hate the lot that it's in. Parking can be tough because of metro diner (there is specific fed ex parking though). But getting out of the lot if you are headed west on Baymeadows is tough! So much traffic always coming. But the location is big and the staff is nice. The mail drop box is immediately to the right upon entering and there's a big notice on the top to let you know of pick up times and if the box has already had a pick up for the day. Very convenient. I would use again.
