employees in the printing sept speak in a very rude manner, they made amistake and wouldn't own up to it and were unkind in communication with us. we will use another print shop in the future. they very easily could have made it right and just continued to argue with me And not offer any help.

fedex is by far the worst company to ship or receive items. i bought a ninja creami and they lost it. they hadn't had a scan on it since the 8th and nobody bothered to tell me anything each time i called. i had to keep calling for them to finally tell me they have opened an investigation and that they will have someone call me... never got a call

I am not writing to this place specifically just FedEx overall as a company and shipping company. They are absolutely horrible and have a horrible a automated system over the phone and horrible customer service. If a company is going through FedEx do not expect the package come early or even come on time...

Came to this particular FedEx location to return an AT&T receiver. As soon as I walked in Keith met me and asked 'AT&T return?' Mind you the package was in a bag-how did he know? Guess I had the look.... Keith knew his job, took care of everything even handed the HDMI cord back saying they don't need that. Completely recommend, easy in, great service, easy out!

I planned a private chef for dinner for my boyfriend's birthday and wanted to get the custom menu printed. I placed my order online, and picked it up here. I heard about this place because my sister had several things printed for her wedding reception here-including signs, banners, and menus. I'm not sure if they can print from a phone or other device if you bring it into the store. I most often order from the website and selection this location for pickup. They always do an incredible job, and always check the printout to make sure the quality is good. I can't say enough great things! Theres never a long wait, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Also.. there are a bunch of adorable stationary sets, books, and other knick knacks in the store to browse if you do have to wait for an order!
