Great people and customer service! My wife and I had a flat and needed to have it repaired ASAP and the guys here took excellent care of us and had us back on the road fast. Special kudos to the manager for how he went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

I was having a real problem stopping the car below 10 miles a hour my foot was on the floor with the brake just to get it to stop and no warning lights. They said the brake fluid was good. But I changed the brake fluid anyways and that solved it. No problem stopping anymoreService: Brakes

I clocked out of a 7p-7a to find myself on a flat.. this was the only place open & closest.. originally told an hr wait on a sat morning they were slammed.. I was so mentally exhausted when they said a hr but they were nice enough to get my car pulled back & had me outta there before 8am I really appreciate them for noticing I needed sleep

Dropped my blazer off in the morning a week or so back to get a full fluid change - walked across the street to Harvey's and got a few groceries.By the time I got back across the street, my vehicle was ready and running beautifully.Could not be happier or more impressed..?

I have come to this location several times throughout the years and my experience had been very good, until this year. I don't know if this location changed owners during the pandemic, but it is a shadow of what it was. Customer service is very poor and the service itself is very questionable. I guess they still can take care of the basics, but when the repair involves a little more technical expertise, then all the cracks show. I took my 2008 car to this location for a couple of issues with the intake manifold and a misfire. They would tell you that the car would be ready a particular day, and then they would have the car for days without giving an update. I had to call them each time they missed the date. I could tell they were having trouble completing the job, but because of my previous experience with this location, I stuck with them, giving them room to do the job. After spending a big chunk of change with them, I'm still having trouble with my car. I warn you about the lady at the front desk. No customer service skills whatsoever. The good times are gone for this location. I would look somewhere else for servicing your car.

To make a long story short I was told I had a oil leak after getting an oil change and that it would cost me 135.00 to check it out.had second opinion done no oil leak!!! what am l supposed to think l’m a regular customer?been a customer a long time.shame on you guys.Service: Oil change

Rick was extremely helpful, understanding, personable and honest. Was able to get scheduled for and have service completed quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciate the shop is open on weekends and has extended hours. I will go back should the need ever arise.

Honest mechanic. Fixed my radiator fan same day as a walk in customer. Was able to correctly diagnose the issue and didn't need a full replacement as we initially thought! They could have easily just went with the initial diagnosis and made hundreds more moneys, but was honest about it and price went down significantly. Got a customer for life here.

This place was great. They found the problem with our car quickly and executed the correct repair. The parking lot was packed with cars but worth the 2 day wait. I was impressed to see they work on Saturday and Sunday. If they do the repair they don't charge you the diagnostic fee.

Famous Automotive on University Blvd. is the real deal.My Car: 98 Honda AccordProblem: I had a check engine code for cylinder misfire. Another shop made some repairs (distributor, wires, valve cover gasket) but the issue wasn't fixed.I decided to try Famous Auto and was so glad I did. They took the time to isolate the issue causing the misfire and found it was my fuel injector. They replaced it and even adjusted the throttle body for me.The price was really affordable.If you are looking for competent mechanic work at a good price, look no further than Famous Automotive on University Blvd.PS They are open on weekends!!

Customer service here is absolutely wonderful!! Kind, attentive, great follow up. I've come twice now, and they were able to diagnose and solve my car issues quickly and I'm still so happy with their prices (both times repairs came in costing LESS than expected!).
