Another one who has a phone system but REFUSES TO ANSWER IT! What is wrong with the owners, workers of family dollar??? Are they allergic to answering phones? Y’all are not that busy ringing things up that u can’t answer a damn phone!!!!!!

for four years i have been going to this store. I have to say staff are incredibly nice and friendly, and sometimes even ask if i need help taking things to my car. the stock person, a young man, hate that i forgot his name, is the sweetest and friendliest person. however, i don't believe i will be going to this store any time soon because of one employee named Elias. he is the rudest, nasties person. he always treats me badly and i have seen him be nasty to the other employees. the only time elias is nice is when the manager, now there is a new one, is up front. i don't go to a store to be treated badly, not have someone be condesending. what i have noticed is that he treats hispanics badly. his attitude is i am better than you are and he always has comments about something. I wish he was transferred to another store because he makes shopping very unpleasant. i usually try to have people go in front of me while paying just so i don't have to deal with him. I would tell the manager but she says she loves him, and I imagine that she would since he is very nice to her. i hate that i have to be inconvenienced because of this employee and do my shopping at Sunbeam location. I will so miss the friendly employees that are there. such a shame.

Employees are usually very nice, its semi clean- after the recent remodel. Though the card readers are down A LOT, this is at no fault of the employees obviously but it’s a serious problem for most people since cash isn’t super common these days.

Beware! This store is completely shady, the two weirdos that work here, John the assistant manager, or so he claims. And his heavy set accomplice, that has the likeness of elmer fud, love to follow around customers asking the same senseless question. ''Do you need help finding anything?'' this happened to a loved one of mine, and she was harassed, followed, and felt completely uneasy, even though she clearly informed the employees she did not need assistance. Either these men have low self esteem and are desperate for women companionship, or attention altogether. People do not frequent stores to be stalked, period. This is a corporate issue as of now.

Worst manager ever. Not a professional bone in her body. She rather smoke her cigarettes than help her customers. Go back to the west side lady. Refund my money family dollar... don't use this place. Go down the street to dollar general
