There are 2 storage containers on the exterior of the building upon arriving I noticed that one of the doors were open slightly cracked so I wasn't sure if the store manager needed to be alerted about it being open so I took a peek inside and assumed I would stumble upon nothing or overstock Freight but to my surprise I found what looks to be a family squatting inside the pod. Now there's no way as a store manager you have no knowledge of what's going on with this pod on your property the same property that you complete 4x4 detailed walks and checklists that come separate than store. Osha,complaince,locks,alarms. This is why this leads me to believe either the store Manger is breaking policys and aiding in there squatting or this is family dollars doing. Either way this is concerneding and immediately needs addressed

This store without a doubt is the best well stocked and managed Family Dollar in Jacksonville. “Hats Off” to the Manager and Staff for all your efforts!

Everytime my mom comes up here at 9pm they put a “closed for cleaning sign” when they know they close at 10pm the Hispanic man and woman always do this.

One staff member female seemed to follow around the store and was condescending and rude. Also made me wait at checkout while she placed sensors on items to be placed on shelf. Male manager was pleasant.

Well they use to say : "Hello Welcome to Family Dollar." But they don't speak any more when you are the reason they get paid. Please go back to greater your customers. Publix is taking all your clients because of their kindness to the customers.

Best dollar store I have been to! Employees and managers are extremely nice and welcoming! The light in there is happy and white, not yellow like some of the other stores. It’s super clean and organized! Def recommend going there!!
