Larry is a gift, I skip 3 Dollar Trees just to have the opportunity to work with him. He definitely needs be running the national training for the brand. You just can't train that type of etiquette, he has a gift.

So I stopped by this Dollar Tree, which is in a not-so-swanky part of Jacksonville, but it was close to my doctor's office, and I thought I would give it a try. The store was clean, well stocked with all the Seasonal stuff you expect at a DT.But the thing that stood out was the staff -- starting with someone I assume was the floor manager that day, " Mike ". An elderly woman was in the store, and it was obvious she was challenged in many ways-- financially, physically, mentally. She was carrying on in a way that a lot of stores might just have called police. But Mike stood with her until he could figure out what exactly it was she needed ( it was 25cents. It's not a DOLLAR Tree anymore, but $1.25!), then helped her and got her on her way safely.Kudos to the staff of this Dollar Tree making shopping here a very humane experience. And fun.

It was shockingly clean and pretty well-stocked.. but that store usually is.. not like the store over on 103 Rd since management changed hands it's not as nice as it used to be

By far, one the cleanest Dollar Tree stores in Jacksonville. The cashiers were very friendly, and the shelves were kept stocked and organized overall as well. The coolers were also stocked, in contrast to several other stores in Jacksonville.

Nothing really wrong with the store in general for what it is but seriously, clean the floors! I saw a bunch of managers and higher ups in there the other day and the floor still looks super dirty. I'd give 4 star if staff was a little nicer and the place got cleaned up a bit.

Excellent store - not only great prices but GREAT employees & management! I tried to exchange some items at another store where I was met with suspicion & rudeness - I took my items, swore I’d never return to that store, & would only shop at this store. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I shop this location a lot. They normally always have what I am looking for in stock. The staff are pretty friendly as well.
