7/14/23, 9:25. Customers locked inside store waiting to get out, black girl unlocks the door to allow the customers to escape, I asked her why is she closing early? She looked at me rolled her eyes with one of "them" attitudes, I was startled it looked like she had a dead squirrel glued to each one of her eyelids. This used to be a nice store and it's gone downhill fast. Watch out for the Squirrel Girl.

Closes at 10pm. 937 the door is locked. And the cashier was literally right there behind the counter doing nothing.I hate being that guy but its super inconvenient that I have to go somewhere else because folks dont want to work the last 30 minutes. Its literally just ringing people up and processing go backs.

Do not shop at this Family Dollar on Chaffee Rd. Jax. FL.. They charge you more than what it's priced for on some items. Then the so called employee wanted to say I don't have to get smart when I asked in a regular tone voice why do you charge double of what the price ticket that is labeled. Be aware! I should have known when the customer in front of me got charge $19 for toilet paper.

I purchased a charging cord for my iPhone while in town. The location of this store is directly beside my hotel, and I stay there for 16 days every month, while I live in Georgia for 12 days out of the month. I spend an a lot of money at this location, until tonight. I purchased 2 charging cords and one of them was incorrect for my iPad. I went to exchange one of them for the correct cord, and the manager stated that since the bo. Was open, I could not exchange it for the higher priced cord. I had my receipt, and she simply stated that I should have known the cord I needed. The correct cord was $3 more and I intended on paying for the extra she pointed out a tiny little sticker by the cash register that would’ve needed a magnifying glass to read, no returns on open electronic items once open. I’m guessing that is what it said, because I couldn’t read it. She refused to let me exchange the item, so I threw it against the wall and told her to resell it, because it did me no good. Hopefully she did not resell it, because store policy supposedly said that opened electronics could not be exchanged or returned. Such a completely unprofessional manager with zero understanding that elderly persons such as myself do not always know the difference between a USB, USC USWhatever. Horrible customer service. I will never shop there again. Horrible management skills.

It was around 8pm, the parking lot there were hardly any lights, the store inside was messy, items on the floor. This is a nice Neighborhood but this place make it looks like ghetto.

This location seems to be the better of the surrounding ones. The one in marietta has nothing and the one on Blair is slacking also. So I try to go to this one.

This Family Dollar was very nice, very clean inside, the reason I did not give it five stars is because the outside lot was filled with small pieces of trash and debris, that could be because they're on the main road and trash come in but as a company Family Dollar should always keep things clean, presentation is just about everything! Other than that cashier very helpful very friendly and I found things very easily no clutter in the aisles found things very quickly and was able to shop safely and efficiently I enjoy this Family Dollar

So I sent my mother here with my card fir my food the cashier she is rude and actually broke my card so mow I have to wait a week for a replacement and will be taking this up with the corporate office because you cant damage someone property smh
