I went into the store with zero knowledge of engagement rings and left the store with a great understanding. The staff was super helpful with helping me customize a ring for my fiancé. I couldn’t be any happier with how the ring turned out and how helpful, nice and knowledgeable every one was to me.

Everyone that works there is nice enough, but I took my ring in to get sized down. Waited two weeks and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even touched it and said it was done. So after waiting another week for them actually size it, when I come to pick it up, my silver ring is completely black. My ring originally had delicate antiquing that was meant to give it an aged look and highlight the curves in the band. They took it back again and brought it back with large black spots all over it. I just told them to rub off all the black and left it completely silver with none of the original aging on it.I’m going to have to find a way to get it redone now. I don’t recommend taking your ring to get sized here. I’m really disappointed in how carelessly they treated my engagement ring and failed to try to acknowledge it.
