Have been a member of F45 Deerwod since last year. The workouts are really good .I usually go for the 5.15 am or 6.15 am class.. it is really great starting your day energized. Definitely recommend

I have been with F45 for a year now; I can't believe it!The team is fantastic; Chris and his trainers care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They give instant feedback with modifications during the workouts if needed while providing tons of encouragement. I am happy with my experience thus far. It's been quite a journey getting back to where I was before having my son, both mentally and physically. Although I am quiet and reserved when I work out, I view the team as my fitness fam. I love coming here; it is my "me time." This gym is life-changing! Give them a try; you won't regret it :)

After a friend in Ft. Lauderdale, recommended F45, I found a location close to me in Jax and signed up for the feee trial. The location owners are very nice, informative, and friendly, and so are the other members. The workouts are fantastic and I was hooked after just 1 class, and joined. I know I will have quantifiable, visible results; better than I can attain training on my own. My wife will be visiting very soon as well!

This is week 3! I’m actually done 4lbs since starting! I’ve been eating healthier and going 4/5xs a week! I am really enjoying the classes so far! Also, been to a couple different gyms shopping around and this one is the best one! They have the workouts, equipment, and music all ready for you! Everyone has been really friendly and welcoming!

I've always struggled with getting motivated to work out and I've typically never been a group workout kinda guy, but trying this place is the best decision I've ever made. Now I legit look forward to going to work out.

I came to this location while in town on business for two days. Both Paige and Chris were very friendly and made me feel as I was at my studio back at home. Highly recommended and will go back next time in town.

I am so thankful I decided to try the F45 6 week challenge, I am so happy to be back into a consistent workout routine again. Chris and his trainers make the workouts fun and motivating and I love the mix of strength, cardio and hybrid, you truly never get bored. The music is awesome and keeps your energy high throughout. I am excited to make this place my fitness home!

Really enjoyed this F45 location while visiting Jacksonville, FL. Chris and Ryan were fantastic to work with and helped keep me motivated while being on the road. Highly recommend this location for anyone who's visiting the area.
