I had the pleasure of interacting with the facility manager, Ms. Donnette Nadeau, who went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Not only did she generously offer complimentary refreshments, including water and snacks, but both she and her husband also extended their assistance in unloading our trailer, making our experience truly exceptional.Their help and support were immensely appreciated during this transitional period. In the process, we also gained not just a storage solution but some wonderful new friends in Donnette and her husband. The outstanding level of service they provided exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking storage solutions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable and set a high standard for excellence in the industry.

My experience with ExtraSpace Storage was absolutely outstanding. The manager's willingness to help me unload our container and their overall friendliness truly stood out. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. I was faced with renting a unit for some of my overstock. The location on 103rd street was very clean and the staff was great. I worked with Donnette as I was preparing to clear out my unit. She was very professional, extremely nice and helpful throughout my move out process. I would definitely recommend this location and use them again if I have a need for storage in the future.

This place has an amazing staff. They’re accessible and helpful. My visit was only 15 minutes but I must add how organized and clean this place is. Donnette and Kawayshia for making my experience at extra space storage on 103rd street a memorable one!

This place is great. We were welcomed by Donnette !!! Terrific young lady and made us feel very comfortable. It’s not the closest to us but the extra 10 minutes was well worth it.

Friendly staff, very clean surroundings and just an altogether clean and well kept facilty. Some storage places are scary and this is not the case with Cubesmart. I have used the 103rd, Herlong and Park Ave locations and will be back when I need storage again. The price is however going up at a crazy pace.

This place is okay. They recently raised the rent so I will probably find elsewhere to store my belongings. I was moving some stuff out when I realized the bathroom was locked. No one was in there so the employees must’ve locked it. It was a sunday and the office was closed. Very inconsiderate to the people that pay for units when we can’t even use the bathroom while moving things for hours.
