Got to deliver in the rain? Don't even bother.Either wait it out or decline. They want loaded trailers dropped and for you to pick up empties in a dirt crater infested lot that turns into a mud pit. NEVER AGAIN. Shame they can't even pave or at least gravel the lot. Secondly, linehaul should learn to be decent to the drivers. The first woman ignored me and then finally pointed (but never spoke) where I needed to go even after I asked 2x. Have a little decency, and you will get it back 10 fold.

Absolutely terrible do not I repeat do not use this company for anything scheduled a delivery appointment took off work and never showed up and they can’t find out where my shipment is or give an explanation of what’s going on I will never use this company again and suggest nobody else does either

My company drops trailers here. In and out smoothly. Be careful in the dirt lot. Lots of craters.

Lost my freight which happened to be a two person bathtub which was palletized and weighed over 150 lbs. I had to follow up with them frequently to get this resolved but they did eventually deliver the freight.

I have had the most unbelievable experience with this company. Three days trying to get a delivery. I have heard every Excuse there is from we don’t come down dirt roads to my driver says he can’t come down your road. Very funny I have a 53 foot trailer with Peterbilt that goes down my road Monday through Friday. I have one question why do you except shipment from a company if you can’t deliver it that is poor logistics to me.The worst thing about this company is I called spoke with dispatcher Mark to not be able to really get a date of when it could be delivered because they only have one driver for box trucks not my problem. Then when my husband called Marc got on the phone with him and all he had to say was I’ve already spoke with your wife and then hung up on him.They have very very poor customer service the gentleman was very cocky with me for no reason but I will be there to pick up my grill that is to be on the dock tomorrow. I have spoke with the company that shipped through your company. Will never order anything that is to be delivered by Estes again.Dispatcher was very rude

Told me that I would get it on a certain dateIt arrived at the local delivery facility the night before and then didn’t even deliver it the next dayHad to wait another week to get it.If it was delivered the day prior to the delivery date why would you not deliver it on time ?Makes no sense
