HORRIBLE. I'm typically very understanding when it comes to delays and things like this, but all I've received are excuses making it seem like I'm the one responsible for their lack of communication. According to them they tried to contact me 6 times but I never received any calls. They also claimed to have tried to deliver my package on June 26 but I have a ring camera and there was no such attempt made. They then said they would redeliver on July 5, so I took off work and nobody showed up. So I called them again and the person told me they were still waiting on the door to be delivered and that I needed to call Home Depot to figure out a tracking number. So I called Home Depot and they told me I needed to call Estes and they gave me the tracking info for them. So I call Estes back and they tell me it should arrive between July 10-14. It is now July 14, so I call and the lady had an attitude (I'm assuming because I was upset but I was not rude at all, I was just trying to figure out why no one had reached out to contact me about what was going on--and why every time I called I was told something different and still have not received my Item that supposedly came in on June 26. They said they called 6 times but that they must've had the wrong number and told me they just updated it recently (but the correct number was given the day the item was ordered back on June 22). So now I'm waiting to get a call back from the scheduling agent, but if I don't hear back I will be giving them a call again. It's ridiculous. Again I'm typically pretty patient but when there's zero communication and I'm the one who has to keep reaching out and then I'm made to feel as if I'm the one at fault for "not answering their calls" when there were ZERO calls received on my end and zero voicemails, its just ridiculous. they also have my email so they had multiple ways of contacting me to let me know that the package was going to be delayed but never did. Still trying to figure out why it was even delayed for so long when screenshots show on the tracking page that theyve had the item since June 26. Needless to say, I'm pretty frustrated about the whole situation. I would've just had it delivered to Home Depot and I couldn't picked it up myself at this point.

Multiple delivery dates promised and no show. I had to follow up every time. Couldn’t find the shipment then couldn’t deliver it because they put it on a truck that can’t offload it properly only to deliver it again on same truck. Ultimately the load fell off the lift gate into the parking lot because the same truck couldn’t handle offloading it due to size of which me and the team had to help move it to the sidewalk and bring it in piece by piece and dismantle a huge crate on a sidewalk. No communication between scheduling and dispatch, never made the appointment times promised and then I had to call to ask if they were delivering that day. Seriously please get it together. If you can’t deliver something then let the customer know. If you can’t make the appt let the customer know. If you are running past the appointment time let the customer know. Communication could have easily avoided all of this. To have a customer wait around and not show up over 4 hr time slots given and multiple days is just wrong. Then to deliver it on the same truck you couldn’t do before only to have it fall off the truck is just wrong.

My package sat for 4 days before pick up in Indiana. When I emailed and asked why it was sitting I was told it was because of weather, even though the snow had only started that day. There was no explanation provided for why it sat at the sender's location for the three days prior. Then, I called and emailed nearly every day because we needed the package as soon as possible. I was told the receiving location (jax) would be notified and that the package would be moved as quickly as possible. Instead, upon arrival it sat at the warehouse for a week, A WEEK, while the company called the sender's phone number over and over to try to schedule delivery to the sender! All the while Estes had my email address and phone number (because I had been in repeated communication with them about the package) yet they refused to use it, for some reason, to schedule delivery. I was lied to by various personnel, literally every step of the way. This company is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend them to absolutely no one. I wish I could give zero stars.

Somebody over there needs to get their act together. My 65 year old mother had a giant heavy dented and busted up pre-built metal cabinet delivered to her by Estes. She rejected it and said return to sender (Home Depot) and got a refund. Then a week later THE SAME DENTED CABINET was delivered to her AGAIN, with the same dents and a note on it reading "Item rejected by customer" and now another week has passed and even though the ACTUAL replacement isn't due until March 1st, Estes moving company is saying it's here. She called Home Depot Headquarters in Utah and had gotten a refund and was told to do just that. Reject it if it was damaged. The driver said "We can't show you our goods you have to pay to ship it back" which is not what she was told by Home Depot. Now they claim to be delivering the new repaired cabinet AND I SWEAR this had better not be the same dented cabinet a third time since this is giving my poor old mother heart palpitations and the stress is LITERALLY KILLING HER. You need to respect your customers and communicate better and KNOW if you're sending someone something they rejected.
