My agent was Tonya Harris. She was such a beautiful spirit. She was soo patient, informative and friendly. I had such a horrible experience when calling around looking for a new insurance company. Tonya calmed down that anxiety immediately with her positive conversation. When I got off the phone with her I just felt a burden lift off my shoulders. I was making calls literally ALL day and finally my problem was solved. Much Appreciation and Gratitude to Tonya Harris.

TONYA HARRIS IS THE BEST , I Recommend EVERYONE go to her to get insurance. there is no obstacle she can't work around. she's human and treats other as such and has a nice soothing voice to hear when holding conversation with her. GO TO TONYA HARRIS?

Tanya has been taking excellent care of my wife and I for a good number of years and she has been beyond great with all our insurance needs she has found us unbelievable rates and even a policy when noone could find one for me at that time. So why the four stars you may ask. Well thats simple. The answer is Juan. He has given totally incorrect quote amounts because he didnt run my record like he said he did. At that same time he was supposed to save the quote and never did. My guess is because he knew it wasnt right. This caused me to look like a real --- in front of my boss when we went to purchase the policy. Then the next dealings I HAD TO HAVE with him was for my renters insurance we made the payment for the year and asked him to email us the declaration page so we could renew our lease that our leasing office was waiting on just that to renew. Days later I called him to ask why I havent gotten it he got on the line saying Im busy right now give me your email address and Ill call you back. I stated my email address and stated he didnt need to call me back he just needed to email me the declaration page. He then very rudely states I said Im busy just give me your email and Ill call you. Again I stated I dont need a call just the email. He then hung up on me and still never sent the email. I had to call back again today and Miss Tonya took care of it in less than 5 mins.

i have been with this agency for about 5 years, my agent has beenTonya. I have always had excellent experiences in this agency. all are very good .Tonya is exceptional !! Miss Tonya goes above and beyond for her customers ! making me feel welcomed and secure !! Truth be told Miss Tonya is one of the main reasons I haven't even bothered to shop. Also my daughter is now a customer thru Miss Tonya and again loves her as I do.
