I was in a devastating spot, my husband (a veteran) was in the hospital with a terminal diagnosis & we needed to get a home for our family of 5. Obviously my stress was off the charts. Andrew Cady and his team was AMAZING! I put in my mortgage application LATE on a Friday (after 5pm) and within a week we were CLEARED TO CLOSE on a Conventional LOAN!!!!! If you are looking to close quick on a conventional loan, you have got to use them! They had these best communication and responded quickly. They literally SAVED US! We were at serious risk of losing our dream pool home because the mortgage company we were with previously delayed the closing over and over. Thank goodness we found Andrew Cady's Team!!!
