We called to get a rental and had a confirmation number. We get to Enterprise and they have zero cars I mean none and said all the other locations were out. It was wall-to-wall people with confirmation numbers looking to leave in a car. They claim people that was working from home caused this problem. I don't know about anyone else but I had a business before and I made things right on their next visit but Enterprise did not care at all that they made so many people's Thanksgiving PURE HELL. I mean give them an extra day or a few bucks off the rental if they ever decide to use them again. Another bad thing is some of the customers booked the rental a month ahead of time???♀️??♀️

Very pleased! Mohamed and his staff were amazing. Had zero issues checking in, car was clean, and when I returned the vehicle they were nice enough to provide transportation so i didnt have to Uber.

I got there 3 hours earlier than expected from NC, the car I chose was not there yet so they offered a car they had available which I graciously appreciated. Rhyxan Baker was very friendly and professional. Pick-up and drop off was easy and quick. I appreciate them.

The employees there are extremely friendly and helpful. They knew that I was in a hurry to get back to work. They got me in and out in just a few minutes and even dropped me off at the body shop where my car was worked on. I highly recommend using this company and next time I need a Rent-A-Car I will definitely, go here !!!

Enterprise was excellent! I didn't get the names of the 2 people who helped us (one was a manager of 9 years). But they had us in and out in no time. We were also able to get a car on a days notice, for a month, for the same price we we booked a car for on price line ,a month in advance ( the price line (Easirent) car fell through). I love me some Enterprise!!!!

Absolutely so unprofessional! Not one to make negative comments but did not want another customer to experience what we did. Had a reservation for 2+weeks only to be called 10 mins from our scheduled pick up time to be told that they would not be able to accomadate our reservation and we would need to call ourselves to check around. We are very flexible as the previous time I had to drive another rental to the Atlantic store to get the vehicle type we were promised. No big deal. Ended up calling another store whom transferred us to customer service who modified our reservation and sent us to orange park where once we got there did not have anything available. After having to call customer service again and verify with the Atlantic store for availability on our own were we able to get a vehicle. 2 PLUS HOURS PAST RESERVATION! Meanwhile made several attempts to call the 103rd store and they only put us on hold for over 30mins never picking up. Completely unacceptable. The way the company works and the customer service could use some updates as they are not able to verify with local stores for availability but if I ever choose to deal with Enterprise again it will definitely only be with the Atlantic store! I wish I would have got the gentleman's name I spoke to at the store!

Worst Ever !!! Reserve a car days earlier call to confirm days earlier get there no car !!! Trying to find one !!! Done with Enterprise Car Rental !!! Ruined my vacation !!! Then they try to explain themselves are you kidding me !!! Telling me if you make a reservation and they call to confirm that does not mean you will get a car !!! Rent premium cars for weeks this is how I am treated !!!
