Had the pleasure of experiencing Empire Auto Sales on a day they least expected it... Jennifer and Matt were out ill... but the team delivered quality customer service without missing a beat. "Joana" was very warm and welcoming. She assisted my son and I thoroughly, patiently answering all of my questions, and enduring my son's many test drives. From bumper to bumper, she pleasantly provided (or found) the answers for every inquiry. The following day, Jennifer was just as brilliant and bright, putting Me at ease about the hands handling my son's purchase. As Fate would have it, the encounter was my son's first purchase and Joana's first sell ... everything flowed without a hitch.
For anyone car-shopping for a used vehicle, this small lot is worth checking out.
