The sales person was busy on the floor, telephone, and helping other associates answer questions. He was polite and informative. My only problems centered around the online price differed from the store price, & when we ordered my paints, one pair was canceled, & I wasn't informed, then you only refunded me some of my money.

Guess they couldn’t be bothered to help us. Got stares from the back and they helped other people. Not a word to us when we walked in. Stood at check out for a solid 10 mins. Not a soul to check us out and they were just chatting in the back. We just left, Good thing online is better. ?? this store sucks.
