Called 3 times 11am 12:52 and 1:49. Never got a hold to the auto parts department. Gave up trying and decided to call Cogging Honda to get the needed part, it was available and I got it there. I like to make sure part it’s available before I go to shop.

I have never been to this location, nor do I live in the state of florida, but I just randomly started getting emails in august saying I bought a 2020 honda fit. I do not know how they got my email and name of all things, or the claim that I bought a Honda fit from them, but neither are true. (I don't even own a Honda) VIN ending in LM709030 with 78,616 miles is what it says I purchased. If you're planning on purchasing from them I would beware as they are sending out car's information to nonexistent customers. My email is also not one that's easily mistaken so it makes me wonder what shady ish they're doing behind closed doors. They even have my name in the actual email. This company is screaming FRAUD to me.

We have 2 vehicles from this dealership and will continue to go back for our auto and their service needs. Ask for Ken, if you need sales. He was gone for a little while but came back. Samantha in the service department is super friendly and helpful.

the 2 days I visited the store i already knew you weren't able to help I felt like I was being judged after I gave my situation I felt like y'all cater to the rich which not everyone just has $10k in their pockets the price for the truck I'm pretty positive their was something that could've been done but I felt like after the numbers that were calculated whoever did it gave false hope I practically wasted my time I understand if I was trying to get like a 2021-22 vehicle but come on it was a vehicle that was a 4 year difference from my current vehicle 14 years old from this year now I also felt like duval Honda was already assuming I couldn't make payments should've listen to my wife and never step foot into that store No need ms Nancy I'm gonna pass on the opportunity

I had to have a minor repair done to my 2021 Honda Civic. Parker McEachin was the service advisor. He did a great job, listened to what the problem was and had the car fixed and washed in an hour. Thank you Parker.

They have patience to let you see & decide what you want and will work with your budget . They gave me a good fair price for my trade in .Ken Cogbum is a great sales rep .Ask for him He gets a 10 in my book . All new cars have lots of technology. I am not that familiar with that stuff .He is knowledgeable and will answer questions & teach you. I am a very pleased customer Go there I guarantee you will find your car

I feel like i should warn people. I bought a car that was fairly older so I understand it comes with its faults but the way Duval Honda handled it made me very upset. With an As-Is car, I still would expect basic maintenance done to even leave the lot. I bought the car in August and an hour after leaving the lot, 2 lights appeared on my dashboard. When i went to Honda, they wouldn't check the light or fix it and sent me to Nissan where i was told all 4 of my TPMS sensors are broken and a nearly 900 dollar fix with a diagnosis fee. I visited Honda and told them that same week that this should've been checked before I was given the car. They proceeded to tell me that they don't check for those, they strictly check for interior of the car. I accepted and moved on. Fast forward a couple (2 or 3) weeks, My engine light turns on and I go straight to Nissan and turns out my entire transmission has failed. I have driven less than 1,000 miles and my transmission fails? 6,000 dollar fix. As of right now, my MAF sensor went out. Another 900 dollar fix. Why sell me a car and don't make the adequate repairs? It's frustrating. I wouldn't recommend working through Duval Honda for used cars as they don't put effort in checking their cars.

All I can say is Elio is definitely the person to see and talk to if your looking to buy a new / used vehicle! Out of 6 dealerships and interacting with several different people at each one , Elio is the man that made it happen for us and I am so grateful we crossed paths. We were trading in a vehicle and he made sure we got the value of the car plus some and we ABSOLUTELY love our new vehicle!! Will definitely be going there again as long as Elio is there to buy another vehicle. Because of Elio we had an enjoyable experience and greatly appreciate that !!

My neighbors HIGHLY recommended this location after i mentioned i have bad experiences at another location. Kevin was phenomenal, patient, and I left what i intended to be a couple test drives to make a decision... with a new car and a great trade in deal. ZERO haggle/pressure. Just great service! Easiest purchase in my 25 years as a car owner.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience here. I had previously visited Arlington Toyota, only to learn that the price advertised was not the real price, that there were all kinds of additional dealership prep fees and transport fees, heck there might have even been a Covid-19 fee there, I couldn't keep up with all of them. Then they played the "let me go check with my manager game" and were very pushy and aggressive. So when I came to Duval Honda I was expecting the worse and could not have been more relieved. They actually offered the advertised price without any special requirements or stipulations or small print. What they said it would be was what it was. In addition there were no excessive fees added on, pretty much what was expected. The salesperson, Shawn, was very friendly, professional and helpful. He was not pushy in the least, was very respectful and went out of his way to help me. I got a great car, at a great price and they even got me a lower interest rate than what I had been preapproved for and offered me a more than fair value for my trade in. I could not have been more happier. I would highly recommend them.

I showed up for my appointment at 3:00pm. I then stood in the drop off area for 15 mins while I watched three service advisors sit there and joke around and tell stories. When my service advice finally decided to grace me with his presence he then informed me that "we are doing good today so only should take 1.5 to 2 hours". For an oil change! So if you are looking for a job try here, super laid back and you won't have to worry about customer service. Now if you want your car services then stay away!! Well that's is unless you like waiting a super long time and over paying. If that's the case then this is the place for you.
