Duval Ford has a new service. They come to you to work on your vehicle. We had them change the oil and rotate the tires at our house. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Arrived before the appointment. Great service.

Trevor was my advisor and was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or just trying to sell me something. Actually easy conversation and got my truck serviced at my house. Techs were on time(4 minutes late due to school traffics but did call) and were polite and fast. So much easier with the mobile service compared to going to the dealership. I will use this service again.

I know this happened a while ago but I just wanted to thank the lousy customer service I received which allowed me to find so much better everything at the next dealership. I found a car through duval fords website And wanted to check it out. I went later in the evening and it was beyond freezing outside and also windy. So we went and was out in the parking lot looking and found another car we really liked because the other one sold. We were out there for half an hour nobody ever came to greet us or check on us. I understood it was very windy and chilly and nobody wanted to come out but there were seven people that saw us pull in and saw us walk out to look at the cars, but we really wanted to look at this car so we went inside. The salesman watched us from the front door walk all the way from the back of the lot to the door. As soon as he opened the door he was nothing but nasty and have an attitude the entire time. We walked in and he asked us seven different questions and my dad who he addressed all the questions to said it’s my daughter who’s buying it so my dad kept walking so I, a female, the one buying it and started to answer his questions. I was talking about the car but we continued to keep walking a few steps in because it was cold and he was still there at the door. I told him again what car I was wanting to look at he still stood at the door with the most questioning look on his face. So I walk back and told him again what car I was looking at. Nothing. I’m like hello. And then he goes on this rant and rave about how I asked y’all that and you proceeded to ignore me and walk on. I’m like it’s cold outside so I thought we were going to come inside and talk instead of standing at the doorway. And he ignored me again. So I realized he wasn’t going to listen or even talk to me so I ask my dad to tell him. Magically he talked to my dad. Then he really made us mad because he treated us so badly the entire time and had an attitude because he thought that we were just walking past him to go find someone else even though I told him what I wanted and was trying to show him. We finally got him to understand it was a serious misunderstanding that we didn’t know he wanted to conduct business in 30 degree weather so we asked if he was going to help us or not. He said what did we want and my dad had to tell him because he wouldn’t talk to me or address me at all. Then he sighed and said I’ll see if I can find the keys. He just walked back and forth for almost ten minutes then came back and said let’s go. He didn’t know how to crank the car at first and then he slammed on the gas screeching the tires and then slammed on the brakes. To make matters worse, he also made three different digs about us being women which is why we brought our dad because we don’t know anything. And he was just the rudest and coldest person ever. He had a attitude and was just so sexist. I mean I told him this was our first car buying and he made it so bad. But I’m glad we just walked away and found a better deal and a way better car and the staff treated us phenomenal the entire time.

Hesitant to take my 2022 Mach1 Mustang here for service after issues with Valvoline IOC.
This place had a cover on my seat, cover on my shifter, cover on my floor, cover on my steering wheel… they even cleaned the oily mess the last place left!
Above and beyond. Worth MORE than every penny. I’ll be coming here indefinitely now… as will my whole group.
Thank you deeply for all you guys do and all the care from your service team!

Edit to add: I have never had a dealership take less than an hour for an oil change. For this dealership with no appointment to get me in and get it done with cleaning included so quick… it says a lot to their standard of working. I’m willing to bet Duval Ford can service everyone so fast because they service it RIGHT the first time around! No repeats means no wait! This dealership gets a gold star from me.
I’ll try to buy my Gt500 from you guys as well ❤️

I can't express enough my gratitude for the staff at Duval Ford. From the Service Department to Sales to Financing, everyone was so kind and patient with me as I had car trouble while visiting from out-of-town. I was stuck and upset and Conner Hulsey, "Sales Person Extraordinaire", took me under his wing, gave me a hug and got me through a rough spot. He spent SO MUCH TIME helping me find what I wanted. Conner offered different options, even a lease, which hadn't occurred to me. Conner really went above and beyond and I was so impressed with his knowledge of cars... he knew changes made in each model from year to year and he knew how everything worked. Even when I walked away the first time, then had a different issue with my car, he helped immensely. Conner was so patient and did not give me any sales pressure. He found me a car I love and suits me perfectly! The entire staff at Duval Ford assisted in making the process seamless and as painless as possible. Conner has a great mind, personality and a human touch... I will forever be grateful for his help.
