Very unprofessional! Never answer the phone Or texts and then never filed my taxes , I had to call the irs to find out that information.

I didn't have a great experience . They lie about sending off my tax but they didn't. They send it off a month later when i got a letter from Uscis saying i mail them a return that was not file with irs. They didn't apologize.

Please treat all customers with respect‼️ how do you pay someone to do your tax and they lie to you? We understand mistakes happen, but no apology told us this wasn't a mistake.

Introduced to Napoleon by a friend at work, he quickly helped me with my taxes and went over it very thoroughly , to help get my taxes in order properly.He has real good insight on what can and can't be used in order to get the right legal amount I can get on my return, or the right amount I might owe on my taxes.I felt real comfortable to know he was looking up these items to make sure there would be no issues with the IRS. Great job and knowledge definitely found my new accountant.He is also helping with a return done by a former tax preparer that went ghost on me and getting a Tax Audit cleared up.

My experience there was absolutely awesome. Because I don't trust to many ppl with my tax returns. So with that being said I had a few years to file at once😮😮 But Napoleon made me feel right at home when I stepped into his office. I told him what I was there to do and he reassured me that it was not a problem...He talked me throughout the whole process to make sure I knew exactly what was happening. And I really appreciate that. This was my 1st year filing with him, but you can guarantee that this is the ONLY PERSON that will ever file my taxes from now on. I highly recommend the service at DUVAL FAST TAX
