I purchased my vehicle on July 19, 2024. My husband and I discussed with the finance manager, Khalid, that we wanted an extended warranty on the vehicle that covered everything, including tires. When documents were signed and details of charges were explained, we were told the extended warranty included a bumper to bumper warranty that included tires as well. The warranty we purchased was $3,040.00.
Fast forward five weeks, the low tire light notification has been activated 3 times since we purchased the vehicle. I brought the vehicle into the service department on September 4, 2024. They stated the vehicle needed a new tire, and that I would need to pay $251 for a new tire.
We were misled and lied to by Khalid. We had a discussion during the time of purchase, where we specifically stated we wanted a warranty that included bumper to bumper coverage with tire coverage, as well. I spoke with Khalid on September 4, 2024, and he apologized and stated that the $3,040 charge only included Acura Care, but not the Triton Protect Drive 360+.
Your dealership misled and deceived us. $3,040 just for the Acura Care warranty is excessive. We have called and spoke with another Acura dealership, and their fee is considerably less for the Acura Care extended warranty.
Since, Khalid misled us, we had to pay $269 for a new tire. To rectify the situation, Khalid thought the right thing to do was to offer us an oil change during our next visit. This is not only insulting, but does not begin to rectify this situation.
In speaking with Khalid, he stated that the Triton Protect Drive 360+ warranty would be an additional $1,000.00. We paid $28,500.00 cash toward the purchase of our 2022 Acura MDX. This was to include the warranty as well. Your dealership wants us to pay another $1000.00 toward a warranty paid previously.
We will be purchasing a 2025 MDX, but we will not patronize Duval Acura, again. Your dealership lacks integrity and your customer service is poor at best

We tried to negotiate on a Subaru Forester and my wife and I felt they were rude and decided not to go with them. They overcharge in our opinion on the dealership fees. This is once again another reason I do not like dealing with larger dealerships. They spoke down to my wife as if she did not know what she was talking about.
That's my opinion and because of this they lost our business.

I bought a 2024 Acura ZDX from Duval Acura, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Matt helped me with the purchase. He was beyond helpful and made the process easy. The dealership was welcoming, and I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend Matt and Duval Acura if you are looking for a new car.

I would like to express my pleasure in regards to the service quailty that I have consistently received from Duval Acura. I have always appreciated the quick response that I get, and the the general way that they undertake their business is excellent. I often find myself recommending Duval Acura to everyone I meet that is looking for a vehicle or that ask how do I like my MDX. The service after the sale is what keeps me coming back after 17 years. Thank you Duval Acura and to all the GREAT Service Advisor's and your EXPERT Technician's.

I had an opportunity to work with Khalil when I took my TSX in for service and I do believe I received exceptional service. My car needed to have the protective shield underneath replaced (was torn off when I parked at Enterprise Rental, Waycross, Ga), oil change, realignment, and tire rotation. Khalil was able to get me a loaner vehicle. I am grateful he took the time to show me the bells and whistles on the loaner as it was very different from my car. Much appreciated. Thankfully, my car was ready sooner than I expected. Thank you!

Duval Acura is one of the best dealerships I have ever shopped for a car at. I worked with Ryan Klindtworth to purchase a car and he made sure that the whole car buying process went smoothly! I love that they let you test drive the car by yourself, since I don't like to be rushed when driving a car and feeling how everything is.
Another good thing that this dealership does is that THEY DON'T pressure you or use stupid scam/bait tactics. Which I really appreciated as I have dealt with some suspect dealerships in the past.
Finally, if you don't take anything else from this review know that this dealership is great in that they have a 5 day/300 mile money back guarantee if you don't like the car, which I did end up using. Look guys, the best part about this is that you DON'T HAVE TO SELL YOUR SOUL to get your money back! They did the refund so quickly I thought I was dreaming. Seriously if you read this review don't hesitate to come here. These guys are awesome and really want you to find the right car.
