Go elsewhere. Owner needs to attend to his car wash business. Broken dryer, spot free and rinse. A complete waste of money.

Cleaned the car well with one complaint. The purple substance that is sprayed on the car ended up making it through all the cleaning procedures and i had to wipe it off myself afterward. Not much but still a bit annoying.It's a touchless car wash in Jacksonville, the land of awful scrape your paint carwashes. I gotta give it credit just for that.

The outside I give it a three out of five before is equipment and getting the job done I give it a five out of five and the coolest thing about it is you can vacuum and wash your car at the five dollars

Docking a star since the $8 wash is no longer worth the money. I have gotten the $8 wash a couple of times now, since the first one didn't do an undercarriage wash. I thought maybe it was a malfunction or something, but when I got an $8 wash again this morning, I again didn't get the undercarriage wash. The car also wasn't as clean as my previous washes. There's still dirt and bird poop on the car. If you come here, pay the extra $1 for the Elite wash. Your car will at least come out clean and you'll get the undercarriage wash. The Standard and Premium washes are a waste of money.

Paid $10 for the "Durashield" wash and I probably would have better results on it if I had just spit on it. It's a new car, so I wanted the "Touchless", but it didn't even TRY to touch the dirt. The picture I attached is from AFTER running through the wash.I'm just going to hand wash it. I've given this car wash too many chances.Save your money and find some kid in your neighborhood to take care of it.

My son and I were there on Sunday morning, this was our first time. It was a disaster. We paid by mistake with a credit card $25.00. We got nothing. No one came out to wash the windows, vacuum or clean the tires. My 11 year old grandson could have done a better job. I deserve a total refund. Thanks for nothing. Frustrated in Jacksonville.

I wouldn't use this place for anything more than getting pollen off of your car. Since it doesn't come in physical contact with your vehicle, It doesn't do a very good job at cleaning it.

Definitely one of the nicer touchless carwashes on this side of town. The vacuums are decent as well.

I love this touch free wash. My Detailer approves of me using this wash. I took one star off because the wash I like (without the conditioner) does not spray the undercarriage like it is listed on the menu.I usually run the car through twice back to back but don’t like that I can’t get the wash like I want it in one go. Perhaps they need to add a menu item called “Detailer special” or something and collaborate with local professional Detailer’s to add a special wash for $15 for those that are particular about what is used on the car.
